Love Victoria Secreats! Great products although a bit over priced, but I take advantage of the sales. The payline is always packed but they move pretty quick I give them a five star

This INTERNATIONAL MALL Victoria’s Secret location has the worst customer service, a manager by the name of BLANCA needs some serious customer service training, she was extremely rude to me and did not care about making a customer happy all for a free underwear coupon! Lol I feel bad for her cashier employees. Cashier JayJay was great, thanks to him I left somewhat happy. I will avoid this location as much as I can, this is not the first time I receive bad service here. I even called their corporate customer relations line of how upset I was.

I never felt soooooo overwhelmed and hounded to buy a bra!!! This particular VS make me so happy that online orders exist. I rather return via mail than ever go back to this VS. I am fluent in Spanish but this lady just rambled on in Spanish until she realized oh? Maybe they don’t speak Spanish so she clarified in English. That wasn’t the worst part. I guess they work on commission because they just pass you along like a freaking yo-​yo. Making sure they slip a little receipt with their name in your bag. My daughters and I felt very uncomfortable. I absolutely will never ever step a foot in there. I used to shop there a lot so I know there must have been a change in management or something. That commission incentive just takes away from the customer service and care customers like and deserve. When a customer walks into a store they like to be greeted not hounded and stalked. When they are ready they will ask for your help. Those ladies were on speed mode and then where they should be on speed mode which is in the cashier dept. they aren’t go figure. I was so flustered that I really just wanted to leave and put everything back.

Worse customer service ever. I wanted to see some undies the lady that worked there wouldn’t move and was beyond rude.

A little birdie told me that THE gift to give when you travel to Colombia is the body splash from Vickies S. So off I went to get a few because I have a few friends and family members to make happy when I visit.
So I chose a few of the scents (OH GAG — I hope they like them, I sure don’t, they smell like old lady) and proceed to checkout. Why is the line so uncomfortable? Why must I be squished between towers of makeup, scent, gloss, etc?
Service was OK, the lady greeting didn’t speak to us in English. tsk, tsk. Big no, no and didn’t clarify well exactly which were the Free items we had a coupon for, so we got the wrong ones, but then the girl at the cashier was very cool and totally made up for it. So all in all it was a 3 star experience.
