Driver does not deliver to the front door of our homes. He drops the packages one block away. They get stolen, wet, damaged, etc. I’ve called Lasership for weeks and no one responds.

My package was to be delivered yesterday I was home all day checking Evet 39 mins my package has not arrived and yet it says it was delivered after 4 pm I tried calling I left messages but no one called back. I am so disappointed

Just got a package from then, and it sounded like the guy threw it at the door or something, then while I was struggling to open the front door, the guy just watched me trying to open the door while he was getting in his car and took off. I would never suggest this to anyone.

These guys deliver for Amazon. I have Amazon Prime and was supposed to receive a package at hotel where I am staying on June 8, 2016. I did not receive it so checked tracking number and only thing it said is that they «attempted» to deliver it and that they needed more information. So I emailed Lasership to find out what info they needed but have still not responded. Not sure what the problem was since all hotels have a front desk and that is where I’ve seen UPS and FEDEX deliver packages. I called Lasership and someone finally answered me and again I asked what the problem was and they could not tell me. Amazon, please don’t use these guys for 2 day delivery…

This is a company that amazon uses with or without a prime account. I have not elected to use prime for several reasons. One of them because they use this company.
On the other hand I ordered a few items recently and each time it offered me to subscribe to prime and receive a discount for being a member and each time I refused and payed for shipping in most of these cases the cost were kind of higher than the usual shipping would be. What boggled my mind was the shipping company used was lasership a company that has he worst reputation noted online. The packages really take longer than usual which in most cases would be much cheaper if they used a flat rate box from the old mailing/​shipping companies and in most case take 2 to 3 days to arrive at my front door. This company has had the item in transit for more than 5 business days with a distance of 3 hundred miles from origin. Any idea how that is possible because I can assume Pony Express when the cowboys rode horses could make it in 2 days.

Best service ever. I was going to their location on Federal Highway but after reading the awful reviews on that one, decided to visit this one close by. Celeste was efficient, professional and reliable. Will return definitely. Good for you for having such a great crew Was there at noon time on May 21, 2016.

This company sucks. It is their responsibility to deliver packages to people but they can’t even do this little thing right! They lost my package and when I asked them to deal with it they said they couldn’t. They couldn’t even tell me where they delivered my package! So, stop wasting your money and time using this garbage!

I want to start of by saying I worked in this company for almost a year. Never in my life have I worked in such an unprofessional environment! I worked in the Miami location and our daily complaints were customers not receiving their packages or phones not being answered. This review is from someone who actually worked in there and knows what internally would go on. Packages were not being delivered correctly because drivers don’t care. Or would steal valuable products, management would be aware of this and would do nothing because they never had enough proof. They knew however that this was going on because they would see it from the same drivers. Phones weren’t getting answered because all the csr’s are a bunch of 20 year olds who really don’t care about answering the phone or helping the customer out. The regional manager ROBERT HANSON is a disrespectful a hole that feels that he can treat his employees like slaves. He is disrespectful and even called me a few names while I was there. At that time I had to get HR involved which is a complete joke. The company did nothing but send him away for a few weeks. He needs to be replaced. He does not let his other managers who actually are professional do their jobs because he is always on top of them. All that Robert Hanson talks about is who is sleeping with who, in the office and who is doing what. He does not care about the customer or what matters. Don’t let the company you order from disrespect you by making lasership your shipping carrier. Like I said this company is a joke and I will be posting information everywhere I can. Don’t waste your time applying here or having your product sent by them. They don’t care. SO DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I quit this job because it was to stressing. Everyone was slacking and anyone who would go and apply would quit a few days in. Not worth it for $ 10 an hour! STAY AWAY ! Only two people I have respect for because they have earned it is the general manager and the project manager. But the regional is garbage and a joke! Real definition of «pathetic»! Snake! I wish I could give negative stars. Why legit and reputable businesses like Amazon and
choose to continually use these scabs is beyond me, they must be THAT cheap. Avoid this company like the plague if you can, they really are that freaking bad.

I have had several bad experiences with this service. I would not leave a bad review if it only happened once. Now I am having this nasty experience for the 4^th or 5^th time (in the past, I had issues with packages from Vitacost). A few days ago I ordered something from Amazon. The package was supposed to arrive yesterday. Today I checked Laseship tracking info– the order was processed yesterday. I called them to clarify what this means. As it turns out, they never received my order (even though Amazon seller says they shipped it 3 days ago), they also don’t have my apartment number. I live in a condo building in South Beach. How would they ever deliver if they don’t have my apartment number? I decided that it must have been the seller who did not give them my correct address. I called the seller and asked to read me the shipping address: IT IS CORRECT. So. How does Lasership loose apartment numbers in their system? How would they ever be able to deliver anything to me if they don’t have my address? That’s my order #1: status: order was shipped 04.13.16, order was «never received» by Lasership and the address they were going to deliver it to was not correct. The story doesn’t end! I have another order they were supposed to deliver yesterday. Today I found out «they attempted to deliver», but they were no able to do it. WHY? I was told that since our building has a door with the lock downstairs, driver probably tried to get and couldn’t. So why are UPS/​FedEx/​USPS/​DHL drivers are always able to get in and Lasership can’t? What will the driver do tomorrow? Come, look at the lock downstairs, turn around and report another failed attempt to deliver? I provided them with my apartment number and my phone, so now will be waiting till next week and keep my fingers crossed. Basically, every time Lasership is involved, I can’t get a package on time or can’t get it at all, I have to call them multiple times and this whole online shopping experience turns out to be a nightmare and a huge burden. I am surprised they are unable to learn from big successful companies like UPS or Fedex, so their customer service sucks, some of their drivers don’t speak English, they can’t manage address database– drivers try to deliver parcels to apartment buildings without knowing apartment number (brilliant).Overall, failure. I hope that companies that use Lasership will take note of customer experiences and reviews and consider spending a bit more on a much more reliable shipper.

If you own stock in this company, SELL. With the service attitude of the drivers the company is going down.

rmation. What information, Apt #. The building is a two story fourplex. All he had to do is walk over to the mail boxes (four of them) and lookup the addressee. But with drivers not willing to go the extra ¹⁄₉₀^th of mile how is the company going to win the ¼ mile race?

This is THE WORST courier I have ever been forced to deal with. We get all of our employees paychecks through ADP who uses LaserShip for some unknown reason. Paychecks are constantly either late or not delivered on the day they are supposed to be delivered. And almost every week we have to deal with angry employees whom do not have their promised paychecks! Unfortunately, ADP will only use LaserShip for their local deliveries!
I have personally spoken to Martha in your local Miami office (whom we unfortunately have to deal with) several times, who has NO CLUE what she is doing!

The worst customer service ever! I’m here waiting for the package over 20 minutes sitting waiting and waiting. First of all the lady took 10 minutes to come out now waiting 20 minutes more for my package! This is horrible. Never again will order from vitacost or Amazon.

This is a true Joke! The Miami store is empty and no one picks up the phone, and customer service has had me on hold for 20 plus minutes! Package should of been delivered yesterday and nothing not even an email… called Cust. Service and they had no clue, only that the driver was on the road and they are unable to contact him. Left my info so they can contact me when delivering the package today and no package as of yet! If you see this company as your delivery provider, just call your merchant and cancel the order and have them resend the package through a credible carrier!

If I could give them no stars I would. This place is awful. I was left on hold for over 19 minutes and was never able to speak to someone about my package. Needless to say, I never got the package or answer from this dump of a company. I ended up calling QVC and having them resend another package through UPS.

Is not as bad as the previous reviews. I called them because I received a notification from Amazon that they attempted to deliver my package. I called them the same day and they were able to assist me and write down specific instructions on how to get to my house. I didn’t expect my package to arrive promptly as my address is new and does not appear in the map or gps yet. I was very happy when they delivered it the next day. The only thing is that I couldn’t find accurate description online on where my package was and they had inaccurate information as when to expect the package. Overall, it was a good service.

I have no faith in this company to deliver a package because they don’t even know how to pick them up from Amazon. Numerous packages that were supposed to ship that showed Lasership as the the shipper were never even picked up by Lasership at their location of origin. When I called Amazon about it they quickly apologized, sometime all I have to due is start the name Lasership in my discussion and the customer service rep already is way ahead of me, which tells me they get complaints often. I really wish Amazon would drop these people.

Lasership gets the package. «ATTEMPTED DELIVERY» which is a lie. I called the toll free #, cool guy named Stacey answers, he’s a good guy but he knows his employer lasership ain’t shit.
So he calls a manager to call the driver, stacey comes back on the line and say oh your package was on the wrong truck, so your driver never had a package, he giggles a little like this is bullshit, but i’m just passing you the msg.
So how can you attempt delivery if you don’t even have the package?
If you are dealing with the company because of your amazon prime, you don’t have to. My amazon chat rep, put my account on some kind of thing where any package i order will NEVER be delivered by laser ship. If your amazon rep is clueless ask for Ariel.

So pissed off!!! This is why I don’t use Amazon for shopping. My boyfriend paid extra for the 2 day shipping and triple checked the address and he even took off of work to make sure we received the package. These people didn’t even attempt to deliver because they were «missing the apartment number» liars!!! And when I tried to call I got hung up on three times, so I started to blow up their phone until someone answered me and they said they attempted but couldn’t figure out the address and I told him no we paid 2 days and we didn’t even see a car outside. So now we paid 2 day shipping and have to wait another day and yet we won’t be home tomorrow so I wonder what bull they’ll come up with next

My package has been ‘out for delivery’ since 9 am yesterday. Reading other reviews I am not hopeful that this package will make it the 35 miles to my home. Why Amazon would use such an obviously inferior, poorly run company is beyond me.
I have never had any problem with any Amazon delivery using USPS or UPS. Everything was always delivered on the day specified.

This place is horrible. I am so disappointed with Amazon for choosing this as one of their carriers.!! This company doesn’t know
how to track their own packages, treat people or how to manage anything!
Oh yeah and they lose valuable packages too.

The most incompetent delivery company EVER, in Miami at least!
I have been trying since Monday to get my delivery and the office in Miami is just incompetent. Local office was told multiple times that this was a 9 – 5 business.
I waited on 11÷24÷14 at the business until 6.30pm. Driver posted that business was closed. ABSOLUTE LIE. I was sitting in the office, looking at the parking lot from 4.45pm unitl 6.15pm — waiting for the driver. He/​She was NEVER there. No door tag or anything either.
Then I was promised that it would be delivered on Tuesday 11÷25÷14 by 5pm. Driver showed up at 7:08pm, according to the tracking information. Which of course I do not trust. Nothing anyone at LaserShip has been the truth.
They have no REGARD for anyone or their own integrity. Your company’s word means nothing. You don’t care about the customer. These are how I feel about your company.
Now, I have no idea where my package is. No one has called me, even though they have my business and personal phones on record. What a way to be in the world.
