Eli’D Nails and Spa

This place appears to be really professional but don’t be deceived by good looks. First of all they cater to Spanish speaking clientele. Even if you schedule your appointment in advance they never have anyone available at the time of your appointment. The staff is unprofessional and rude and most importantly; incompetent. I went in for a simple pedicure and manicure with my nieces and of course we all had to get separate treatments because they didn’t have the staff available to give us our treatment at the same time. The lady who gave me my pedicure cut so deep into my cuticle that it’s been two weeks and it still has not healed. She advised me to make sure I put some «yodo» on it to prevent infection (she knew she screwed up). And of course they charged me full price for the service (I don’t mind paying and tipping for good service). I will probably have to take a trip to the Md if this does not heal. Overall terrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

I waited an hour for my appointment. I specially asked for a certain service and was told the only girl who did that wasn’t available to take me. I agree with all these reviews they only treat Spanish clients with outmost respect, everyone else they will literally not look at you. Shellac is bad quality it was peeling off my nails after 3 days… They are very disorganized especially on a Saturday so don’t bother walking in on a weekend. The manager knows your waiting for so long and they don’t even care to advise you on wait times or even ask if you’d like something to drink while everyone else is getting attend to.
The only thing about this place that is great is there hair salon! Amazing staff in there always do a great job. Won’t bother doing my nails here but I will wait the «normal» wait time to get my hair done. I give the salon 5 stars but this place doesn’t get more than 2. Not sorry

Not too happy. I just moved from NY to MIA and I really miss the talented Asian manicurist. They rushed my nail job and literally the next day my nail polish was bubbling, one nail was a shade lighter then the other. They didn’t file them, squared or cleaned them. Im very upset, last time I go there.

Mas no asi siempre se puede mejorar, tanto el servicio como una mejor atencion.

I’m sad to report my experience here was not the best. The place is beautifully decorated and this is certainly a state of the art nail salon but my nail technician did a poor job at doing my nails, she left the red polish too long on my cuticles so the edges of my nails got stained and it also bothered me that she took several phone calls while she was working on my manicure. This place is pricey and perhaps I had bad luck with the nail technician I was appointed, perhaps I’ll give it another try in the future.

Hands down, most beautiful spa place in Doral. Everything is so gorgeous and clean. I also liked the fact all the ladies working looked sharp and organized. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5, is because even though I had appointment, I waited 1 hour to be seen. It looked like there was a mess going on with the appointments, which I guess I understand, but 1 hour is extremely long and inconvenient. I was seen by Gaby, she’s great and very nice. Love the place and will come back. Prices were ok.

I really like this place! is so convenient and the ViniLux Mani Pedi price is fantastic.
Why not 5 starts? Yes, their employees run on the younger less experience side. Yes, its the most I have paid for my brows $ 20! that’s insane!
Why the 4 stars? My technician Betsy is wonderful. Yes! she is very young but she is very meticulous and very good at taking care at my very sensitive cuticles. She takes her time at painting my nails and they always come out fantastic!
The management is always very open to suggestions and if you don’t like something they will make sure they fix it.
I hope my experience does not change and they keep the good work and lower those brow prices.

I went back and this time it was horrible it makes me sad but this past Friday I went in and I was treated differently because I looked like a hot mess– I guess because They thought I didn’t tip well– the girl that did my toes missed my sides and threw me to someone else so she can work on another client. The girl that does acrylics– poor thing she’s so young and doesn’t know what she’s doing, she burned me at least 10 times, she filed them slanted and when she painted them after, she had to do them in a hurry because the women were trying to close up and were giving her dirty looks the whole time. So I went from being in love to hating it my following visit. I’m so sad because it’s down the street from my job and very convenient. But I will not be returning.
