Doral Ace Hardware

Very convenient shop in the city of Doral, staff is always willing to assist and help you with small and big projects. They mix all colors paint on the spot, no need to go to the other big store.

Local hardware store in Doral that’s very convenient.
I went there to look for light bulbs and shelf supports for my bookcase. Even though the store is small, they had what I needed and that’s what I care about. Also, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. The most important part is that they are knowledgeable since I know absolutely nothing about these things. Yes, I am 23 years old and changed a light bulb for the first time, thanks to them haha. :)
I’ve only had pleasant experiences so if you need something for your home in a pinch, I’d go here if you’re nearby.

Tried to return a Black & Decker drill from the Ace in Doral Florida. I bought it just over a month ago but it was so weak it wasn’t able to do the job. Had to go buy another one from Home Depot because Ace was already closed for the evening. Tried to return it but the manager said in a very curt tone «no it was used and after 30 days». I do try to support small stores like Ace but when I get that kind of service and not even offering me a store credit then I simply take my business elsewhere.
Oh– And I left the piece of crap drill on the counter — really had no use for it. Tried to make a point it was trash but I really doubt he cared one way or another.
Lowes and Home Depot aren’t known for customer service but at least they don’t give you grief over retuning something.
So basically Ace has the worst return policy in the home improvement business. And the manager, needs a lesson in courtesy.

They have some of the best customer service for any hardware store I have been to. Prices are high, but service is soo good, and location convenient that I have become a regular.

Friendly service & a great hardware store right in the neighborhood!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this store. Front the outside, you may think that it is smaller and less stocked than what it really is.
This place has everything you may need to complete those weekend projects. Home depot is a bit far and inconvenient for me, so whenever I find myself in need of specific tools or materials in the middle of a project, it is good to know that I don’t have to take the trek all the way down to the home improvement store. Ace is here to save the day !

So great to have a hardware store so close, before i had to go all the way to the home depot, and some times i just don’t feel like driving 20 min to buy a nail. This hardware store is always super organize the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The also have really cute decorations for the house and garden.

Do not feel like writing a long review so let me get to the point
1 extremely organize (if your ever missing any bolt, screw, nut bring a sample and you can find the exact one
2 old school style, knowledgeable costumer service.
3 The manager/​owner is always and that is the reason why this place has great service and it is so organized.
4 the only drawback is that some things are a bit over price. but than again it is in doral and you get great service

HAHA Finally I don’t have to go to Home Cheapo where the parking is good and the service only OK. Except for the one in Hialeah, surprisingly amazing. But I digress
Now we have a great Ace Hardware in this little shopping mall in Doral and it alleviates the need for a place one can run to for any hardware need. Its surprisingly big, you can’t tell from the outside — I expected a teeny tiny place but no this is quite large.
Selection good (so, not gargantuan like H.D.) prices are good and you can get just about anything you need for your Honey Do list. I had questions and I got knowledgeable answers.
Am I the only lady who likes tools? And by ‘tool’ I don’t mean the Pitbull wannabe dudes that abound in Miami — I mean TOOLS. There is something so powerful about being able to fix your own stuff. Last week I changed the breaklights and headlight on one of our cars, this week I have some home projects. Sweet!
