Exceptional everything! I have been to many different dentist in Doral, but the excellence in care that I received with Dr. Bennett and associates is one of the best!
Many doctors forget that not all patients are familiar with the medical terminology used in a clinical setting. Dr. Bennett takes the time to educate his patients about their diagnosis and treatment in a way that a person with no medical knowledge can grasp. During my visit, he asked me to take a look at my x-​ray as he explained what was going on with my temporal mandibular joint when I grind my teeth unconsciously. He also showed me a 3D model of the jaw to better understand my treatment plan. He recommends less invasive approach first and he exercises the importance of educating his patients about early prevention on oral health problems.
The dental hygienist is pleasant and very educated. She is very good at teaching her patients about the little things they could do to preserve their oral health such as proper way to brush, floss, and to rinse after consuming anything that stains the teeth. She cleaned my teeth very well. I didn’t bleed much compared to when I got my teeth cleaned somewhere else.
Scheduling for my follow up appointment was easy. The staff work with your schedule and they just try to make it work.

I would like to respond to one of the negative comments, there is always another side to the story that was not told. We wish you the very best in seeking treatment. Insurance coverage and limitations are completely disclosed to every individual.

Updated review– I asked for my X-​rays to go somewhere else and they sent me a strangers X-​rays! They also refused to give a referral if I was not using their surgeon. The office staff here is completely unprofessional and incompetent. During our first visit I felt more like a sales lead than a patient. They were extremely pushy and tried several times to force us to have additional services for a teeth cleaning above and beyond what our insurance covered. We politely declined and they started acting angry-​The worst part is they still billed us for the extras and I had to call several times to get them to correct it. I felt like all they wanted to do was nickel and dime us AND weren’t afraid to deceive us. I would not recommend David A Bennetts office.

These people are great. Succinct, pleasant, and full service. Nobody likes going to the dentist – but I think these people could change my mind.
