Employees were nice. They didn’t have most soft drinks available I don’t now if it’s just today that the machine isn’t working. My veggie burger was cold in the middle. Gross!

this review applies to the day I visited this location. They were out of coke, the ice machine was broken and the service was poor. This is located in Doral which is very heavy business district. They need to do better

We ate here the other night as our options were slim. The service was good and I really liked that one of the staff members helped us get root beer even though she was at the end of her shift. The Burger King chicken sandwich was awful unfortunately. I heard the term«couldn’t tell if I was eating paper» repeatedly. I tried it myself and it was like eating tasteless chicken jerky.

this shouldn’t even deserve a star. worst burger king i ever went too. AVOIDIFPOSSIBLE. i ordered a whooper, and 2 chicken wraps. i received the chicken wrap with no chicken. which was ridiculous plus to add on. when they changed it. they made it so messy when i was eating it the hole wrap broke. i ended up going there 3 times in one day because of there lack of consideration. worst fast food restaurant ever. And did i mention the drive threw takes forever !!! its not the best place to go.

Never again. This place is horrible and a disgrace to the Burger King franchise. They take forever, routinely get my orders wrong, and skimp on things like fries, bacon, etc. To make matters worse, a couple of the women at the drivethru look like they haven’t showered in years.

I wish I didn’t have to give this location even one star. HORRIBLE!!! The only word to describe the entire experience. I will preface to avoid confusion that I work in Doral and this location was selected by the Burger King Delivers website as the store to service my area. On 6÷12÷13 We placed our BK Delivery order at 12:47PM. At 1:47 we called and we were told that the order was just going out. When we asked why, we were told that it was due to traffic and weather??? Ok, it was raining. That is why we opted to have our food delivered and eat in. Drivers can’t drive in the rain??? That causes delays for 1 hour from sending food out? Mind you, we were NOT called to advise us of the delay but after incessant calling to the store, we were given the option of cancelling at that time; however, since we were good and starved, we decided to not cancel and wait the additional 20 min. At 2:25 pm, we started calling again to cancel. It was just too much. Remember the order was place at 12:47PM THIS time, however, it was a wall of busy signals for about 10 mins(assumedly from other irate people such as us also calling to cancel). Then when the line finally cleared, it would just ring and ring. –Hiding? At 2:47 pm, we were just about to drive over to ensure that our card is not charged and to meet the manager of this franchise when the delivery driver arrived. When I asked the driver what had taken him so long, he too stated that it was the weather and traffic. You would think that with a drive time of an hour that the food would’ve been cold but, it was warm — even the onion rings. I can’t say if it was out of starvation or not but, the food was decent. Although we were not provided ketchup or napkins, when weighed against the levity of just getting a meal 2 hours after placing the order, who needs ketchup? P.S. I simply could not let it go. I HAD to speak to someone about this issue. At 3:26 pm, I decided I was going t call again. After letting the phone ring for nearly 20 min a, the manager picked up. I explained the entire ordeal and that I was extremely unsatisfied with my «Burger King Delivers» experience. She offered to deliver lunch Free the following day and provided me her cell phone number and her name — Jasmin. She advised me to call her directly to place the order. Reluctantly I agreed to give them another try to prove that this is a service they could actually provide in a timely manner. On 6÷13÷13 and much to my better judgement, I attempted once again to see if this was a simple fluke. A one– off situation. I called the number she provided. Jasmine did not answer. I left messages and called three times. I also tried the store at 12:10 pm and let it ring until 12:30 when I finally gave up and decided to go to McDonalds. It was DELISH! I highly recommend the new Habanero Bacon and Cheese Quarter Pounder. NO. Burger King DOESNOTDELIVER unless you are looking for aggravation, frustration, and disappointment. If that is the case, they came through in spades.

Quick, cheap, simple and sometimes you crave it. I did recently and this Burger King ain’t bad. Maybe a little, tiny bit liiiitle slow to a «fast food» but it served well. New chicken strips are gooood!

Honestly, i really didn’t want to review this place but i don’t want anyone else going to this Sh*t Hole! Seriously everyone here knows what burger king has to offer as food goes, Reason why i rate them a 1 is because their service is HORRIBLE!!! 1st of all if your eating here because it’s close to your job and are planning to go for lunch and only have a limited time for your lunch AVOIDTHISPLACE by every means! You will spend 40 minutes waiting for your food and thats you being 3rd in line! 2nd The lady at the window, she’s always there and i don’t know how they haven’t fired her. Eveyone at my job Called burger king to complain and she still manages to be there! Not only did i, but like i mentioned everyone at my job that has eaten here has had issues with this lady … REALLYREALLYBADATTITUDE!!! i just feel like buying food so when i have it in my hands i can throw it at her! Thats how bad it is! Really Bad Customer service, and 3rd The French fries here are Just plain Disgusting, They have this burnt taste to them since it seems like if they keep reusing the same oil over and over. One time i got a Pod of fries, with black Burnt oil that falls off the pots all over them! This was to Disgusting and i have never return to this place. AvOID THISPLACEBYEVERYMEAN!

So… it’s lunch time again and, since my 4 legged little one was in the car with us, we couldn’t exactly go just anywhere so, we chose BK, which we love once in a while and we tried out the BK shots… to tell you the truth, they were great!!! they come in a 6 pack(lol) yes, like beer and they are awesome, with fries and soda it’s only $ 5.99, not too bad for a quick lunch. It actually wasn’t that quick because there was probably about 10 – 12 people in line and I had to wait a bit. BUT, I gotta give it to the girls working the counter, they were moving, surprisingly so… definitely a do over

I had the misfortune of being dragged into this hole of mire and apathy yesterday. This is the only BK close to us, my kids took me out to lunch and my little one really wanted BK. So we went. It was 3PM when we got there, not LUNCHRUSH, yet there was a group of no less than 10 people waiting for their food and another 7 or so in front of us. We order — the woman behind the cashier was probably one of the most VOID of personality or self respect I have ever seen. I asked for my order without cheese and asked for the fries to be changed to onion rings. OK was the answer. But neither happened. I got cheese and fries. Mind you, she NEVER even tried to speak to us in English the whole time. We never answered in Spanish, so I just knew her brain was not working on any level to understand what we were trying to say. Then we wait… and wait… all the people in front of us get their food. and wait. the 5 people behind us get their food… the manager who can be described as nothing less than an ignorant ass keeps on looking at our ticket and IGNORING it, and going on to the next trays. The fun only got better when a psychotic idiot of a 20 year old girl who had been about 5 people behind us(and now was the next behind us because everyone else got their food) had a blood sugar fluctuation and started flipping out and throwing our tray around and demanding her food. She got her food. Of course. We hadn’t been passive either, we kept on asking them to please help us. Until I looked at the guy and said«Look at the receipt — it is 3:30. WEHAVEBEENWAITING A HALFANHOUR». My eldest coaxed me away and said she would take care of it. Mind you, no acknowledgement, no apology, NOTHING. There were no napkins, the place was FILTHY. Burger King headquarters is about 6MILESAWAY. and they let this suppurating horrible place exist in such proximity? I will never step into it again, there are 2 Wendy’s, a McDonald’s, and plenty of other non chain restaurants that give a flying fig. If there were negative stars available I would give it a –5. I have never, ever been treated so wretchedly, seen worse conditions in any fast food place. ever.

I dont review fast food franchises on general principle but the apathy, total disregard to customer service and poor attitude in this place deserves a big thumbs down.
