Have been getting waxed here ever since I bought a groupon months ago. If you want to get the best wax of your life then make an appointment with Valerya, she is the best!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for six months and I am very happy with the services. Alexandra is the best! She is very professional and does a beautiful shellac manicure. I highly recommend!

I disagree. I’ve come here for waxing AND nails. IN BOTH cases, the service has been brilliant and the end result, amazing. Waxing was quick, clean and no bull. The shellac lasted 6 weeks! And I did some heavy lifting in that time, believe me. I love this place.

I had the displeasure of going in for a wax and had Valerie attend to me. From the get go she says she does not take breaks so please let her know. Immediately upon starting I tell her to please slow down to which she had an attitude. When i was clearly in pain she just kept right on going after asking multiple times to slow down. I stopped it all halfway because it was such an unpleasant experience that Valerie (the supposed manager) took no care with. Unfortunately I will not be going back there and will make sure to spread the word to all my girl friends.

Overbooked appointments, alleged they had tried to call me to reschedule. I never received a call. Turns out they were calling the wrong number. I had to have my bella mani & bella pedi done at the same time in the pedicure chair. It was uncomfortable, had to sit with my body twisted to one side the whole time. The girls doing the work were nice and I still like the bella mani/​pedi. But I took a star away b/​c of the uncomfortable situation they put me in. In fact when a lady showed up for her appointment after me, the receptionist said it was okay if the manicurist took longer w/​her and made the next appointment run late. Why was not an exception made for me as well? After all it’s not my fault someone overbooked the appointments for that day.

I didn’t want to say anything bad but the work speaks for itself. I bought the groupon for the shellac manicure and regular pedicure and one day later the shellac is already chipping. My cuticles hurt so much and 3 are bleeding. She passed the nail polish twice on one foot and only once on the other. She was very nice but they have a lot to improve on if they want people to keep going back.

No, no, just no! I didn’t even make it to the salon because I was disgusted by the RUDE attitude that was displayed when I called to make an appointment. Customer service is a priority for me and this ratchet place doesn’t understand the word! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Such a great nail salon… It’s very clean and stylish, all of their utensils are sterilized. Also, they offer mimosas during your pedicure. Amazing! Ask for Indira… She gives the most amazing manicures (it lasts forever) and her pedi massages are to die for! Highly recommend!

Do not come here for shellac manicures as they do not know how to do them! I got a groupon deal and decided to give this place a try. Initially everything seemed okay and salon was pretty clean and I was in and out of there in less than 30 min.
I specifically opted for shellac b/​c I needed a long lasting manicure. Shellac manicures are supposed to last anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks and beyond. 4 days after my manicure I wake up to find half of one nail completely peeled up and off (see photo). Later that day another nail peels off from the corner. I have 2 other nails that the polish is starting to come up and detach from the nail as well.
It obviously was not done properly as shellac is supposed to be extremely hard to remove and should never just peel off your nail. My regular manicure usually lasts about 7 days without chipping.
I was willing to overlook the fact that the nail
tech left a piece of each nail unpolished near the cuticle but I can’t overlook a shellac manicure that lasts 4 days. I basically threw my money away, don’t make the same mistake!

Just went in today… was 30 minutes late to my appointment (not intentionally) and the salon was still so accommodating. I was greeted nicely, and was able to sit in the pedicure chair to relax and soak as I waited for my technician. I was lucky enough to have two ladies work on me at the same time to get me out of there quicker. Both were professional, efficient, and I really did love the service. The owner was super friendly, the place was clean (which is huge) and the color selection was great. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

Best nail salon in the area. They sterilize their utensils and take them out of the sealed pkg just like at the doctor’s office. The girls work efficiently and don’t take forever like some places. The third major plus about this place is that they have matching colors for gel manicures and regular pedis from both OPI and Essie. I’ve had 4 mani/​pedis here and they were awesome. The owner has a presence there, which makes a difference. Oh, and they always offer you something to drink!

My friend and I found this spot by mistake and are so glad we did! Its in a strip mall so plenty of parking. Ladies work quick and do a great job! Ill def return!

Today I decided I wanted a mani-​pedi, haven’t had one in a looooong time. I came into Bella Nails at 10:30 and had to be somewhere by 12. The owner got two very nice ladies to work on me so that I could be out on time. I was impressed with the clean place, also the tools they used came out in little baggies, like the dentist office, sterilized… All the products they use are high quality brand names. My nails were painted using Essie products. I’m always very weary about going to nail places, but they did a great job and everything was super clean! Those are the two most important things to me. The 3^rd most important thing is the price, and that was pretty good. Overall I was happy and plan to return. :)

I purchased a Groupon for a shellac mani and a mani pedi gift for my daughter. I called ahead and made an appt. From beginning to end the service was phenomenal! And the complementary glass of wine was a perfect bonus. I was so happy with my service that I made an appt to go back in 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place!

Purchased a living social for a wax. I had Valery who was very nice and quick. She was very thorough, I would definitely be seeing her again.

i will keep looking for a wax place this is not it. the wax gave me a rash on my eyebrows. the room for the waxing was ok.
