All Uniform Wear

I unfortunately had to come here to order my work uniform. The service was horrible and I had to wait an hour to be helped. I kept in mind that it was back to school and tried being patient. The staff was unorganized and the store was a mess. I had to order some items because they were out of my size. This total process took about 2 hours total between waiting for help trying on clothes and being helped at the register. When I go to leave two cars blocked me in and when I go inside to tell the staff, they just looked at me like «what do you expect me to do?» At this point I was livid and dreading having to go back.
I never received one phone call or email from this company notifying me that my items were ready or delayed. Another coworker had a similar experience. I called and left multiple messages to never hear back from them. When talking with my supervisor she contacted the company and they said that my items were ready and they put them on the side for me. Keep in mind this is two full months later! I show up to the store (which is not close to my job) and low and behold my items are nowhere to be found. Thankfully they had my sizes in stock and I only had to wait 15 minutes for them to embroider a jacket.
Hopefully my company changes uniform vendors because this service is unacceptable. I told the associate my experience and he looked at me and walked away. Not even an apology. Don’t bother spending your money here!
