Not a very customer friendly course. The starter rides around like a game warden patrolling a park. He hassles and hurries all fourseomes as if its a race to finish at this course. We played our round of 18 holes in a little over 4 hours and were bothered by the ranger at leasy a half dozen times. We play courses all over the area and never have been treated so poorly. After the round we talked to other golfers who were hounded in the same manner even though they to were moving at a good pace. I guess the hint of the attitude they have here should come from the scorecard, they have a paragraph on it about pace of play thats written in a smart ass way and puts down the patrons. Would never go back simply because who wants to pay good money to be treated in this way. There are plenty of other courses that appreciate the business.

We had a great time at this golf course! We loved the ease of the course and the kind staff. There aren’t many bunkers, but watch out for water if you don’t hit em straight. Although I am not usually in this part of the country I would stop in for another 18 if I was in the area. I heard about this course from the KDKA golf card. Aside from the fun and relaxing golf the rustic clubhouse had plenty of options to choose from for a late lunch. We had a couple of beers and ate some yummy grub, but nothing really stands out on the menu to set this clubhouse apart from the standard clubhouse fare. In a nutshell we were quite satisfied with our trip to Donnegal Highlands and would definatley go again.
