I am a Plitnick home fuel customer, so I called them when I needed plumbing service(No water from bathroom sink). It was a big mistake and I was totally disappointed. The plumber was not competent and not efficient. Spent the time to do something not direct related or to fix the problem. I had to called the office right after he left to report my concern. The office is «professional» but not helpful. No results after multiple calls, I still had the same problem as he walked in — No water from bathroom sink, after paying his time at professional labor rate and the parts. I have to pay additional if I want them to send someone to finish the job.

My go-to plumbers. So are they have fixed clogs and replaced my water heater, best part — they call back right away, they arrive when the say they will, they keep you informed every step of the way, they explain(not talk down to you), all good things. Price wise, I’m not sure if it’s the best bargain but something’s you need done right the first time…

Very dissatisfied, frustrated and disappointed in their service. Technicians do not identify, trouble shoot and correct problems. Not to mention their technicians live almost 2 hours away from work so when you have a problem over the weekend the send oil truck driver out on service calls, they hit the reset button and tell you they will send a technician to correct the problem during the week. It has been almost a month now dealing with the same problem and yet again we are without heat and hot water of course during the coldest winter. I would stay away form this company unless you want to deal with poor customer service or don’t mind dealing with ongoing problems and freezing and not having hot water!!!
