Really enjoy this bikeshop. They are always friendly, helpful, honest, and they have reasonable prices.

Awesome experience. Dan was the best, found me the exact bike I was looking for as a present and wound up getting one for myself. He is very knowledgeable the price is right and great customer service. Will always go back there before I hit any other bike shop! Definitley worth stopping in :)

I dropped my bike off two weeks ago for a tune up because the bike had been in storage for ten years. I chose this place because they are an authorized Giant seller and my bike is a Giant. When I picked up the bike I was surprised to learn that the price for the tune up was $ 35 instead of their normal $ 65. When I asked why the lower price I was told that there wasn’t much that needed to be done. Now I know why there wasn’t much that needed to be done: THEYDIDN’T DO A DAMNTHING! I take that back, there appears to be evidence that the chain was lubricated, but I’m not 100% certain of that. I had to go back a week later because the front brakes were still rubbing against the tire rim. The repairman said the problem was that the brake was bent. I saw no evidence of this. They made the adjustment at no additional charge. Suffice it to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow, this bike shop rocks. Jason and Dan are top notch with their knowledge of what type bike works for your body. I mostly talked with Jason and was very impressed with his enthusiasm and know how but also not at all pushy in selling me a bike. They sold me what I needed and did not oversell me. What a happy experience to deal with this shop. Will pass this on to all of my biking pals.

Ever been slapped on the wiener? Not really, really hard… I mean just hard enough that you thought«Man, that was fairly unpleasant. I think I could go the rest of my life without experiencing THAT again.» Well that’s what getting my bike tuned here was like. It hadn’t been touched nine days after drop off when I called before closing. All I needed was a brake adjustment and a dérailleur adjustment– the bike was only three weeks old. I was told I was still at the end of a long line. Miraculously, however, it was done first thing the next morning. I ran the figures in my head and at that rate they must tune close to 980,000 bikes a day. That’s almost 700 billion bikes every week!(Someone check that math… but I’m pretty sure its accurate). The shop is the size of a closet, so they must have a parking garage below ground for storage. When I went in to pick it up, they told me the brake pads on my(brand-new) bike were shot. Also, he didn’t know which pads they had used as replacements, so he said«Eh, we’ll just say it was… these»(choosing an arbitrary number from a price list) as he tallied the figure. Must have been a piece of heavy bullshit got lodged between the pad and the disc. I kept waiting for him to explain that my «cogulator needed a new flugenheim», or that my «flux capacitor was cracked». I’m a rookie cyclist– I guess I’m lucky I got off with just a smack on the pee pee and not a dry entry. I’ll try someplace else next time.

My wife and I recently purchased bikes from Dan and Jason and couldn’t be happier. They are honest and trustworthy guys, and they make the whole experience of buying a bike enjoyable. They take the time to listen and understand your needs, your experience level, and your budget to make sure you get the perfect bike. I highly recommend this shop for all your biking needs… I’ll definitely be going back to them for years to come.

I live two towns over and I was recommended by another bike shop to take my bike there, now when a bike shop recommends you to another that says a lot about this bike shop, as soon as I walked in everyone there was very friendly and welcoming, the guy I was talking to did not take advantage that my bike was old by saying it needs to replace everything he was up front and honest n told me that my bike is still in great condition and just needs little things I will write another review when I receive my bike

A great local bike shop for the Rivertowns. On lower Main Street near the Aqueduct Trail and the Dobbs Ferry MetroNorth station. Less than 10 minutes from Mercy College by bike. The proprietors are very good at what they do, and they always have someone around to help with virtually any question(like why won’t air stay in my tires or what’s that squeaking sound?). They don’t push you to buy the super high-end bikes for the lycra set, but they speak«lycra» when needed. Prices are reasonable. If you haven’t shopped for a bicycle or equipment in a long time, just google the space-age materials and the associated prices. Endless Trail is far more down-to-earth, even selling old-fashioned, uprights and utility bikes. My favorite service: When riding my bike to the train station, I can leave my bike at the shop(just up the hill from the station) and Endless Trail will service it and relock it up. No extra trip on the weekend.

I met Jason awhile ago and every time I go into he’s shop with his partner Dan. they can never do enough to help. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. They carry a good amount of different type of bikes that are reasonably price as I shop the other bike shops. It’s a lay back attitude without the pressure of selling you something. They offer guidance toward bike riding. If you interested they even plan rides for all different level of road or mountain biking, which I have done. Their prices are very reasonable and more importantly every job that they have done on my bike has taken care of the issue.
