If you love a good old fashioned homemade brat, this place is worth finding. Still serving out of a food trailer until the kitchen is completed, don’t let the trailer put you off. This is seriously good food. The brat was tender, juicy and delicious. Homemade Italian, chicken and apple and a beef sausage sandwich are also served as are Burgers, tenderloin sandwiches, BBQ pork and side dishes.

Went last week, I had the pulled pork. It was smoked, chopped and had a home-​made Rootbeer bbq sauce. Yummy.
My boyfriend had The pork tenderloin. He gave me a bite and I truthfully have to say, it was the best I have ever had. You could hear him pounding the tenderloin in the kitchen. Super fresh. Nice selection!
