Pizza Guys

Very very decent pizza from these folks.
It’s not called the Salad Guys for a good reason– the salad bar looks kinda sad. Then again, so is having a salad just before pizza. (it’s not that bad actually)
Grabbed a couple pizzas (buy one get one with the Entertainment book) and checked-​in on Unilocal… so I got a little ice cream as well! Would have stayed for the game but the TVs, while numerous, aren’t huge. And there was a vocal Cavaliers fan there. :-(
I would return. After figuring this place would serve iffy pies, I hadn’t tried it for a bit. Too bad because it’s decent pizza. Hint: find a coupon… there’s ALWAYS one out there.
$ 22 and change (with coupon) for two large «specialty» pizzas and a little ice cream? All day long!

The lettuce is cut in small pieces, more like rabit food, price is good better than round table

Review for the lunch buffet. I only have about 20 minutes to eat lunch so i tried the buffet here. Place was empty. Nicely decorated and clean, comfortable seating. Hdtv everywhere.
Paid first without looking at the buffet. $ 7.50 and i had a free drink coupon. With the drink, it probably would have been $ 9 or $ 10. Nine is pushing it and 10 is too high for the buffet with drink. Pizza consisted of 3 small pizzas, cut into small pieces. One pepperoni with garlic sauce, one sausage with garlic sauce, and one pesto or something with white sauce. And a modest salad bar.
The pizza was hot and fresh, just not the toppings i prefer. Decent nonetheless. Considering i would have eaten my shoes i was so hungry. Fountain soda was great, and im real fussy about soda. Either do it right, or dont do it. This was great.
I get pizza guys alot when at home. Great pizza and decent specials. Kids like it too. Ill probably stop back again soon with a coupon.

Upon arriving at pizza guys the gal never greeted us and we had to ask her what specials they had she picked up ad and set it on counter. We placed order for large pepperoni, 10 piece boneless barbecue wing and 3 salad bars 4 sodas. Our friends arrived 5 minutes before us and ordered combination which came and they ate and were finished we were still waiting for our order. I approached guy at counter to ask about our order he said its coming out now. I went back to table still no pizza I went back to counter and asked them how long does it take for a pepperoni pizza and some wings. He asked if I want refund I said yes, then loudly he ask kid in charge IF he wanted to refund us. We did get our money back and wasted an hour of our time. The first sign walking in was the place was a disaster very dirty and girl at counter should have been cleaning up instead of sitting on her butt folding pizza boxes and learn to have better customer service skills not sure there hiring process!!! I will never return my first and last visit to PIZZA GUYS… Dissatisfied. I’m calling corporate to let them know my experience.

No complaints about Pizza Guys. This location in Dixon is quite large. My sister-​in-​law had my neice’s birthday party there and it worked out very well — was able to accomodate a very large group. The pizza is very typical Pizza Guys pizza — it tasted great :) No complaints!

Upon walking in no one even bothered to greet me even though there were two employees leaning on the counter. They were more concerned with their friend that was in the store than the actual customer. When I was finally acknowledged the cashier made it clear that he did not want to be there and looked like I was bothering him for wanting to be helped out. When I was paying for my buffet he slammed the plates down on top of each other when he put them on the counter. After I chose my seat I went to grab some pizza there was an employee who was putting out fresh pizza that stepped right in front of me without even saying excuse me. I got the added bonus of seeing his underwear hanging out of his sagging khakis. This was the first time I’ve ever been here and more than likely the last.

This place has been great in the past.
Good pizza.
But service sometimes sucks.
I don’t care if you’re shift is up in 7 min. You greet the customer when they walk thru the door. And at the very least, let them know someone will be with them in a moment. And maybe, just maybe, let someone know there is a customer instead of letting them stand there for 5 minutes staring at you.
Training may help.

Pizza is pretty good, but isn’t good enough for the price. I’d be more likely to overlook that if the sizes of the pizza weren’t so underwhelming. Their large (for same price and quality from others) is the same as other’s mediums.

All you can eat pizza for $ 6.99 lunch buffet. A great deal!!! We must have eaten three pizzas… ha ha ha. Overall the food was fresh, tasted good. Very satisfying. The restaurant has a friendly staff and very accommodating to our needs. Premises seemed clean and taken care of. I recommend this Pizza Guys location in Dixon! Be sure to stop by. So far so good…

Pizza Guys pizza is always good… I like the bonus of a 2 liter bottle of soda if I pick up our order. Pasta is pretty yummy, too!
Our last visit was great.
I witnessed the manager (I believe) happily offer to carry a customer’s pizzas out because she appeared to need assistance.
I then saw a couple order 2 beers and it was offered to carry it to the table for them.
These things may seem minor, but it’s the customer service that often seems to be lost.

Love the Pizza and the speedy service at this location.

Cheep, Fast, Friendly, and the pizza is the best around

I was sad to hear (from the friendly and helpful girl answering the phone) that this place no longer offers feta cheese as a topping. Even without my fav topping, I was satisfied with my pizza. They told me 20 min and it was ready in 20. That makes sense because it takes 20 min to cook a pizza, right? It was hot and obviously fresh out of the oven. Yes it was greasier than, say, carrots. But as far as pizza goes, it was perfectly acceptable. Nothing wrong with this pizza.

We ordered take out from this pizza place.
The staff was very friendly, but I had to wait nearly ten minutes for my pizza (even though we were there right on time). I think it was because they were preparing to close or something-i’m not sure.
The pizza was a let down. You can get a better frozen pizza at Safeway for 6 bucks. Seriously.
If you are wanting pizza, definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Make the drive to vacaville for pizza hut or papa johns. You’ll be glad you did.

Pizza was a very greasy which is why I’m giving them 4 not 5 stars. Pizza was tasty and cheap. If you spend over $ 12 you get a free liter of soda or pint of ice cream. Can’t beat that!
