Nixon Construction delivers, and then some. Highly skilled workmen who are easy to work with and who turn in quality work. I really appreciate an «honest estimate.» K. Nixon goes out of his way from the start to accurately assess the scope of the work needed, so there are as few surprises/​change orders as possible. The last job he did for me was a total-​rehab-​down-​to-​the-​studs-​rebuild. The permits were held up four weeks so the start date was pushed back… Any other contractor would have offered me apologies and taken another job. K. Nixon is committed. Kelly used his 20 years of plumbing & construction experience to remodel my office. He turned my restroom into a storage room, installed a sink in the break room, moved a wall, installed a rear door & a laminate floor. His finish work — texturing & painting — was done with care & concern for a clean & professional look. Since finishing my office I have hired Kelly to do more work in my home.
