Average DD. Young ladies at register need to greet patrons and not stare at you. Coffee and food has been on point.

I mean, we’re just talking coffee and donuts. The one thing that continues to win me over is the customer service. When I stop by in the morning I’ve always been greeted by young ladies with bright smiles. They have always been polite, courteous and energetic. In fact, on the occasion when I’ve ordered something and there was a deal for a larger or smaller size, they’ve advised me of that deal. Customer service goes a long way to making me happy in any food establishment. The ladies here do a great job in the morning and are the primary reason I like going to this location.

This place is freaking terrible. I’d give it a half star for being clean, and having the dope outlets that also have USB ports but the staff is rude, young, loud, disrespectful and they screw up your order EACHANDEVERYTIME. I’m gonna march outside this mofo.

I’ve been to this particular Dunkin Donuts and I have not been impressed yet. The last time was the last time for me. My son and I entered the store and went to the counter. There was a man counting money out of one register and the lady greeted us as we entered. As I was giving my order she walked over to the coffe pots and asked the man behind us did he want the usual. I looked at the customer and he told me that he was a regular and they know what he likes. I understood, but how are you going to not only skip over one customer, but also interrupt her while she’s giving her order? I left. Even though I wanted a latte badly, I refused to spend my money where it’s not wanted. I recommend going to one of the two Dunkin Donuts on Central Avenue — much better service.
