America’s Best Burger and Wings

This is the worst ABW location I’ve been to.
I ordered 20 wings and was told I could only get a maximum of 2 different flavors, so I ordered the 24K and Honey BBQ wings.
After waiting for like 20-​something odd minutes, I ask about the order and the Indian guy behind the counter goes, «OH…Sorry bud-​ee», and then hands me my order of wings that was just sitting there getting cold.
I like how they show you your order when it’s finished at the other ABW locations to make sure it’s correct, but they didn’t do that here. Instead I get home to find out they just fry the wings and pour the sauce over top and call it a day. Since they were cold when I got back home, I had to put them in the oven to reheat them which was an inconvenience. And the 24k wings were wrong. They just threw honey mustard and BBQ sauce on the wings.
Never coming here again.

I come here at least once a week. My favorite wings are the Cajun and Hot Garlic Pepper.

I’ve had their wings about 3 times now. The first time had me very interested but I never made it back there often because I remembered it took awhile for the wings and I just found out I can call ahead to order. The second time I went, I called ahead and came to pick it up. Everything was in order when I arrived, I ordered 30 Honey BBQ and 30 Moon Dust for a birthday party. The two guys behind the counter were polite and got my order quickly. Everyone loved the wings, they were absolutely delicious. My third time going, I called ahead once again and this time, a woman answered the phone and took my order. I ordered a 20 pc moon dust wings. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a bit of a wait, even though I have given at least 30 minutes before driving up there. Once I got the wings, arrived home, I was sorely disappointed when opening the container. The wings looked as if someone had taken a cup of moondust and splashed the chicken in the face as if it had said something ridiculous. I’m meaning as in those soap operas when someone takes a drink and in one swift movement tosses their beverage into the face of the person who upset them. This is literally probably how they seasoned my chicken. All the «moon dust» was on one side of it as if they said «F* it, it’s ready» and brought it out to give to me. I’ve been debating on going back but it’s gonna be a lucky guess as far as who answers the phone and who tosses a cup of seasonings on the chicken.

They have the name America Best but I just got a burger from there and its the worst burger I ever had no taste and dry. Tip work on your seasoning. Cant comment on there wongs never had it

Amazing wings! This is all I’ve had so far, but I’m excited to go back soon. The service was absolutely amazing. I had a large order of wings to pick up, not only were they ready on time, and also hot and fresh, but the man offered to help me take them to the car =)

Cheese pizza contradicts what the guy actually rings you up if you add a topping to it which it states $ 1.50. For the confusion, he have me a free two liter but still charged me like $ 3 for one topping lol. C’mon its my birthday today lol. Next day I came in to get dinner, and i called ahead of time, got there about 15min after i called, still sat in the car for an additional 5−10min, only had one customer in the store, when I walked in and paid for my food, that’s when they started making it. Whaat? I called ahead for it can be ready when I get there. Smh

moved to District Heights two months ago… this has been my go to spot… everything I ordered off the menu has be great and the people who work there are really friendly which is one of the reasons I go there at least twice a week… they over 30+ flavors for hot wings and the prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. I’m considered a regular now.

I got a crispy chicken wrap from here, it was pretty delicious but I wish they put more meat in my wrap. The one in DC they gave me a lot of meat, however the wrap was still good and fulfilling. This place is in a decent location and I would recommend.

The cashier does not speak English very well so he had a difficult time taking orders and following directions. Expect a long wait time because even when you call your order in, they don’t start cooking the food until you arrive. They’re supposed to open at 10am, but didn’t even turn on the burners in the kitchen until 11am.

This is the first wing spot I have visited since moving to the DMV. I had the lemon pepper and hot BBQ wings. They were both good. I had no issues with the workers and my food came out fairly quickly. I’m looking to go back and try more of the 30 flavors of wings.

Pretty good wings and calzones! Great custumer service as well. Ask that your wings are cooked fresh if nit they will serve you refried chicken tough as nails. For that one reason I rate this a 3. Consistency is everything!

Placing my phone order was easy and the hostess was pleasant and helpful. When I arrived at the store my order was still not ready despite calling it in 45 min prior. You need to pack your patience when patronizing this store because they struggle to get the orders out in a timely manner. In all honesty you could have dinner at a sit down restaurant in less time. The store was packed with other people who had been waiting longer than they would have liked for their order. Many of them opted for a refund because they just refused to wait and hour for «fast food». Refunds were given without hesitation. I ordered wings for my kids and fried tilapia for myself. The food was so bland that it doesn’t appear to have been seasoned at all. The wings, according to the kids were just so-​so. They said they’d rather that I just make them some wings next time. This is my first review of the place but not my first time eating from there. The last time was just as bad. Not worth the wait!
