Hotel was really clean except carpet in hallways are kind of dirty. But the rooms and the rest of the place are very clean. Staff is nice and cheery. I was there when I was part of the group fighting the Rough Fire in nearby Kings Canyon National Park and it was a welcome thing to have AC, clean sheets and so on after sleeping in a tent for a week or more. The town itself, Dinuba, is a dump and unless you like Mexican food, there’s not much else to eat.
Some here have complained of slow wifi and indeed that can be the case from 1700 – 2200. Big deal. Just do web work in the early morning and you’ll have no problems.
I stayed her six nights in a row and I’ll be back.

From the moment we arrived the Customer Service was superb. Hotel very clean, loved the pancakes till midnight idea. Due to fires in the sequoias and not being able to do activities as we planned, we left after 1 night. We will be back to stay here later after fire season is over. Thank you Nadia for the WOW service!

Had a really good stay here… the staff at front desk was very friendly and accommodating when we checked in and out. The price was very reasonable on really almost a last minute booking. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and bathrooms nice. The gym room was really small but just enough to get some cardio in. The complimentary breakfast was actually what made it 5 stars. they had a wide variety to choose from-​pancakes, two different kinds of sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, toast, boiled eggs, milk, juice, coffe, cinnamon rolls and alot of other stuff I’m sure I’m leaving out, but all in all if I am back in this area and need a room this is where I’ll be.

It’s a Holiday Inn, they all are pretty identical. Staff was very friendly upon check-​in. However even after 3:15 my room still wasn’t ready but I was able to get a 3rd floor room. Wifi is slow… Just a heads up for any business people trying to work. Lots of channels on the tv which is nice. Everything is nice and clean apparently there is a train track behind the hotel, have yet to hear any train noise. Just a FYI.
A/​C works great thank goodness, it was 102 today. It’s pretty empty in here so far so I can’t comment on any room to room noise. Can update after breakfast and check out tomorrow to see how the night goes. But so far so good.

I wouldn’t stay here again. My experience was not good. The only good thing is that the rooms are very nice clean and comfortable. The elevator didn’t work, not cool when you need to bring luggage up the stairs. THEN… I was woken up at 4:30am by freight train horn, the tracks are next to the hotel.

Stayed here (3) times during May & Jun ’12. Not a hotel for business people. Full of construction workers. Bathroom was dirty and there were bugs. Fitted sheets are too small — you will wake up on a bare mattress. Walls are thin — hear everything in rooms next door. Breakfast is typical for H.I. Express. However — 2 mornings in a row, there was no creamer for coffee. Front Desk staff rarely looks up to acknowledge guests walking in & out. I left a note @ the desk with all the above concerns. I was in the hotel for another 24 hours and never heard a word from management. I emailed Holiday Inn Express & still had no response.

Great hotel. I will gladly come back again, just not on a holiday. The walls are so paper thin that you can hear every little conversation coming from the other room. I will come back to this hotel on an off holiday weekend when i’m visiting my parents. Other than that complaint the hotel has a great hookup for my xbox and not to mention the iHome in every room so i can plug in my iphone without a charger, how cool is that.
The complementary breakfast is great by the way. Far superior to the usual i’ve come to expect with complementary breakfasts.
