If you want someone to wash your linens, change your sheets, and clean your dishes these are your people.
If you want customer service, a positive attitude, prompt and courteous communication, then look for someone else. Jean and Karl deliver the mail and they’re expensive. A true «mom and pop» organization without any real benefits.
They are never wrong and Karl will be happy to tell you!
