This was a great unique restaurant. Phenomenal fusion Indian food and great wine recommendations from the owner. Desserts were also great. Would recommend this if you are in Frisco or passing through. Can’t wait to come back.

Well — the many five star reviews do not mislead. This is not the run of the mill Indian food! The complexity of spices and presentations are amazing and refreshing. The ribs are to die for, and the duck and green chicken curry fantastic. Don’t miss it!

Wonderful flavors, inventive dishes, and lovely service in an unlikely setting made for an excellent experience for me and my family. If I could bring this place back home with me I would. The hot and sour soup was just spicy enough, with tons of fresh shiitake and wood ear, tofu and pork, and something reminiscent of tahini which really made it special. The lentils and the chick peas were tasty enough to stand on their own as a meal, or even better as a side dish with the ribs that we all fought over. Every dish they brought out was better than the last. I over ate because it was all so good… And the desserts were the prefect wrap up. The coconut ice cream was my favorite, but the start anise crème brule was a solid back up and both were the prefect foil to the spices of our dinner. Good things DO come in small packages!

Ordered the hot and sour soup, house salad, yellow curry and pot roast curry and finished it with decadent crème brûlée. Nice little locally owned café. All our food was a perfect lunch portion and was spiced adequately to balance the cool breeze on the patio. The Thai Tea was refreshing as well!

Well, it’s been a spell since I’ve done this but hey, life’s been busy. When it’s not busy, then I have time to adventure and document those adventures for you, my loyal minions. So adventures took my companion and I to Dillon. Our main destination was Breck but we also wanted to hit up this town and take in the scenes. We did a lil research and saw this place. The pics sold us, alone. For the most part, we planned this trip around being able to eat here, during the lunch hours. That was achieved. The location is very much the definition of «Hole in the wall», but in my experiences those tend to be the best places. This place kept that trend alive. First, it has to be stressed, this place is small. Don’t expect to bring a part of 10 and have room. You can expect to sit in smaller groups, if there is even room for that. There is a total of 5 tables in the place and half are for 2 people. The others are reserved for parties over 3. Keep that in mind, for your visits, or take it to go and have a picnic by the beautiful Lake Dillon. They do have a few lil tables, on their strip of deck, that lines the strip mall thing, they inhabit. Lucky for us, we were an army of 2 and they had a table open and ready. We were able to sit, as a part of about 8 was still deciding if they would eat there, because of the size(they eventually managed it). We were seated immediately and given menus. We were told it was usually«order at the counter» service but they would take our orders at the table. «They» were actually the owners of the place. That’s cool, I like that because it just breathes«small business» and makes it seem more personal. Another thing about this place is that it defies science. Maybe it’s the warm color, minimal but effective décor, or voodoo, but this place never actually«felt» small. By that I mean, at no point, did it feel like we were in a small eatery. It didn’t feel confined or clustered together. It always felt very much comfortable. That is a very positive feeling to have, while dining. So… now the food. We started out with the hummus plate and that was inhaled. It packed a very fresh flavor and was a good opening note. Next we had our own cups of soups. Her’s was the hot and sour soup, while I got this snazzy tomato based soup. Unfortunately, her soup wasn’t grooving entirely with her, but she really liked mine. The good news was I also really liked her soup, so I had no trouble giving her mine and literally drinking her soup. Either way, I won and we both won. Next we shared a lunch portion of Chicken, in yellow curry. It was a win, for me. The sauce was quite good and the chicken was perfectly tender. It pulled apart, with no effort, and melted in my mouth. We were unmerciful. Then dessert, the crème brûlée. It was also very good, fresh fruit on top and a nice crisp layer to break through, to get to it’s gooey center. Once again… unmerciful. So yet another gem, found. Another«hole in the wall» to carry on the tradition of greatness. I can recommend this place to anyone, though I will recommend it for small groups or adventurous duos. And there’s always the option to do takeout! Eat up, minions!

I feel bad giving this place three stars only because so many people say they enjoy the place. The restaurant is very small! Seating is very limited. The owners are kind, and American with some history. I think you all should ask what inspired him to start this restaurant. The food is okay. It’s no Indian, and no Thai. A mixture of both would be accurate however, Americanized. The Lassies are delicious if that’s your thing. This place is pricey for lack of elegance, taste, and accommodations. I would go back if I was in the area only if there was no other local eateries in the area that I wanted to try. Very locally owned and operated which is always a plus. Enjoy!

There’s food, and then there’s the glorious edible creations of ProFrusion. I have a renewed belief in God after eating at ProFusion because there’s no way food is this good without some divinity involved. Dining at ProFusion is a psychedelic experience and reconnects you to all that is good in the world. The owners are very nice and are the type of people you want your children to grow up to be like. I may never be satisfied with a meal from anywhere else. Given I live in Texas, this could be a problem. I hope one day I am able to return to the great city of Dillon, Colorado and have the opportunity to dine at ProFusion. Tip: Pot Roast Panang is an absolute must. My dinner was really great, but I am an adult. My kids sort of picked at their dinners and didn’t totally groove on the place. I would for sure recommend for people who love food.(Unlike my totally picky children!!)

Had the curry red sauce duck and omg explosion of flavor sin my mouth! This thing had lychee and pineapples and it was wow! The owners passed by our table to make sure everything was great and super friendly as well! I wish I had space for dessert cause they sounded amazing! Definitely a must try while here!!!

Tiny little hole in the wall up in the mountains, but not far off the beaten path. I love the quaintness of this place. Although it would be awesome if they had a bigger dining room, the food and service was good enough that I would never discount their overall rating. If you’re in the mood for some fresh, healthy, and unique dishes — go here! The food was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be coming back.

Best restaurant in the Dillon/Silverthorne area. Everything is delicious. The bacon belly is like crack, OMG!!! Best ever. The Yellow curry is not incredible spicy, highly recommended. The service is fantastic, served by its owners. If you go late at night(close to closing) there is no waiting for a group of two. Consider sitting space is really, really limited. I think this is the only gourmet restaurant in the area, I hope they expand soon!

The most important thing about this place is that it’s tiny — really closet-sized. About five tables, and you’re unlikely to get one. The pot roast was extraordinary, but the chicken in the yellow curry was very dry. Overall the food was good but not great — certainly not as extraordinary as the reviews seemed to suggest — and didn’t quite justify the price.

Hands down, best meal I’ve had in my 3 days in Colorado. If you are shredding in Breck or Vail, take a short 20 – 30 min drive to Dillon and have an amazing dining experience. The place is small: 5 tables inside, 4 more on the patio, but in February it is too cold to sit outside. They proudly call themselves A Gourmet Hole in The Wall. It was pretty busy on Saturday night, but we got lucky and didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes, which we used to get a drink in the tavern downstairs. Even then, the owner thanked us profusely for being patient. The menu is small and changes frequently, so between the 4 of us we decided to try as many different things as possible. Hummus was creamy and flavorful, served with piles of celery, carrots, bell peppers and flatbread. We cleaned that up in about 5 minutes. Tomato lemongrass soup(coconut milk based and thus vegan) was superb: creamy and just a tad bit tangy from lemongrass — an unexpected, but welcome twist. Their Thai iced tea was delicious and not too sweet, so you can still taste, well, the tea. As main course I had Chicken Yellow Curry, which was really tasty. Only a bit spicy, much creamy, and served with perfectly cooked long grain rice and pickled cucumber slices. Yum! I also got a taste of Panang Pot Roast, so good! The beef was tender, the curry, mild tomato-based and with carrots and dainty green peas, super flavorful and not spicy. The friend who ordered duck originally wanted red wine with it, but the owner strongly, yet respectfully recommended white to ensure the duck and the wine don’t overpower each other. I thought it was a nice touch, he clearly wanted us to have the best experience possible. That duck, by the way, was excellent. So good, that my usually generous friend did not want to share any, and I had to trade a large and delicious piece of chicken for a small bite. Totally worth it! We took the award winning Maple Star Anise Mousse to go, and I just tasted it for the review. Words cannot describe how fluffy, airy and delicious it is. As the mousse hits your tongue, it’s sweet and light, like any good dessert, but then the mild flavor of star anise comes out and reminds you of the exotic originality of the restaurant. This incredibly thoughtful combination of flavors along with great service is what makes this tiny place so special. I hope it continues to flourish and bring unforgettable experiences to their guests.

To the stuck-up chicks who turned up their nose at this spot right as we walked up because of how«tiny and sketchy» they felt it seemed, joke’s on you! There are only 5 tables, save 2 outside. But if you can’t snag a seat, grab it to-go with no issue. The menu is surprisingly vast for the small scale of the place — and what’s more shocking is that it doesn’t seem like any of the dishes have a lackluster word said about them. As for the hot and sour soup, it’s not what you’d normally expect, but it’s just as amazing as everyone has said. Otherwise, I feel like Kristy K and I were in a parallel universe — my husband and I also ordered the Pot Roast Panang and Green Curry Chicken. Both were exceptionally good. The pot roast had a generous helping of supremely tender meat. The flavors of both were so bold and unique, and perfect.

Came up over Valentine’s Day weekend and am so happy we did! This has got to be the best restaurant in the High Country(if not one of the best in Colorado)! Prepare to go on the ultimate flavor journey at Café ProFusion! Everything we ordered was sensational and was full of complex flavors. We started with the Pork Belly and the Tomato Lemongrass Soup, both of these items were divine. The pork belly was absolutely delicious. It was so tender and the sauce that it was covered in was spoon-worthy. The tomato soup was the most complex soup I have ever put in my mouth. For entrees, we ordered the Pot Roast Panang and the Green Curry Chicken. We split them evenly and good thing because I just couldn’t decide which one I liked better. The Pot Roast was fall apart tender and comfort food on crack. The panang gravy was so warming and satisfying. Warmed your soul! The Green Curry was the most complex green curry I have ever had. I think I may have discovered the 11th dimension of the universe while eating this curry — everything in life made sense as I transported through waves of flavor and understood the reason for my very existence was to eat this curry. It was that good. The only gripe I had was the lackluster crème brûlée we ordered for dessert. After the flavor journey I just went on, I was expecting blow away. It wasn’t anything too remarkable for me. I would pass on this in the future. Take note that this joint is teeny tiny. Like 6 table small. Small quarters, BIG flavors. If you want to embark on the ultimate flavor journey, I highly recommend Café ProFusion. Definitely a sensory overload!

Café ProFusion absolutely deserve high rating on social media. That was the reason we choose to drive on very cold evening to check it out. Casual, homey place make you feel good as you step in. The owners are engaged in helping you to order and also explain the menu what is, unfortunately, not so common today. Every single item we had tonight was delicious. Will come back.

I travel a ton all over the US and world for work and pleasure. I eat out quite a bit. I have experienced all kinds of great restaurants. Café Profusion might be one of the greatest places I have been to in a long time! I came here for dinner with two friends on a weekend. The place is pretty small and sometimes has a solid wait. We lucked out and got the last table. The menu is Indian/Asian Fusion — it is a nice and simple menu and not ridiculously huge. They had a few weekend specials on the board as well. They have some good beers from Pug Ryan’s next door and some nice wines as well. We started off with a cup of the hot & sour soup. We all agreed this was one of the best hot & sours we have ever had and probably should have gotten a bowl instead of cup! Two of us went with one of the specials — curry duck. The other went with the pot roast panang. The duck was amazing. I had a really good thai curry duck elsewhere not to long ago that I really enjoyed and this just beat the crap out of it. Its crazy when you have something great and can’t think it can get much better and then it does! I unfortunately didn’t get to try my friend’s pot roast because I was too into my duck but we was loving it as well. To finish off we split a small desert. the maple star anise mouuse. and yes it was amazing. On top of the great food the service really stood out. The husband and wife owners both came out and chatted with us a few times. we begged them to open a location in Denver! Their cook also came out and chatted with us as well. our drinks were never empty and refilled often and the food was ready pretty quickly. I will be back many, many times!

It was Quite amazing! I’m here for a conference and Looked on Unilocal to see where I should eat for dinner. This sounded interesting so here I am. The menu is short and sweet. Then they have their specials. I was tossed up from the braised ribs, 3 meat chili, duck red curry, and the pork belly. The service is friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and cooked to perfection. I ordered the pork belly with a side of basmati rice. For starters I had the hummus with naan bread. Oh and Thai tea. The veggies with the hummus were fresh! I went home with take home containers. Met the owner who was down to earth. Great family feel at this restaurant!

What a wonderful treat! All of 5 tables, this is a great place to go grab a bite when you want a small intimate location. The menu is gluten free food that will knock your socks off! The braised ribs are something that should eaten with enough time to savor each nibble of succulent meat. The hummus is simple and delicious and a great way to start a meal. Order some«non-naan»(gluten-free) to go with. I want to go back for the duck red curry, I hear it is to die for and I will update this review when I get the opportunity.
