I honestly have no idea why this restaurant has so many good reviews. The food was absolutely horrible. I had meatballs and linguine, the meat tasted like it was from a frozen package and their red sauce tasted like it was just tomato sauce straight from the can. I would NOT recommend this restaurant, especially because it is very expensive for no reason. We had a group of seven and it came out to $ 187, and no one ate their food.

First day skiing and we needed a place to load up on carbs so we looked for something Italian. Found this place online and decided to give it a try. ITWASAMAZING! Adriano was our waiter(and he owns the place) and gave us excellent recommendations for our meal and wine pairing. The bomb was the baby back ribs over pasta(What?). Never would have thought of it but it was outstanding. This is a little gem hidden off the beaten path and would recommend it for adults only or families with kids. Thanks to Adriano for a wonderful evening.

So I’m a personal believer in a restaurant being able to overcome any shortfall by giving their customers incredible food. I’m here to tell you that this place delivers five stars on food, then exceeds on ambiance and service. Absolutely incredible dishes on this menu and you can’t go wrong with their rotating menu. We were lucky to come with six people, and we all offered a different dish. We passed plates to try everything… after we got our complimentary bread, appetizer, soup, and salad! Each dish was well balanced and unique in its own way. The bbq ribs and fettuccine was really really good! Service was great! They don’t split checks, but warn you ahead of time… Go here. You’ll be happy.

What a great old style family restaurant! Excellent food and even better service. We were a party of 19 with 10 kids. The owner took great care of us.

Not a great experience– unfortunately our waitress seemed to be completely off with the fairies and ignored us most of the time. Food took ages. Other tables, seated after us, received their dinner prior to us. When our food finally arrived — our pizzas were drowning in cheese with extremely, and I mean extremely, few toppings. Like, one piece of mushroom and one small piece of pepper on each slice– if that. Sent it back as quickly as possible, which was difficult also, as again, our waitress ignored us and never bothered to check on us after delivering our meals. They did take my meal off the bill, which I appreciated. The two guys who seemed to be in charge were lovely, and that gives me hope that maybe some things could improve.

My boyfriend and I went to Adriano’s Bistro for our first anniversary. We were greeted promptly at the door and were informed about the layout of our upcoming meal. You get four courses, the first three being only 2 – 4 bites. We had the homemade bread with oil and balsamic vinegar(not considered a course), Sausage with mushroom sauce, vegetable tomato soup, and a house salad. All of which were very delicious! For our main dishes we had the linguine with meatballs and red sauce and the pizza with sausage, Canadian bacon and ham on it. Both of which were very good! Service is great, food is great and everything is home made!

«Keeping it in the family» means a much better thing here in Colorado than my hometown in southwest Virginia. This bistro is a family owned, medium sized restaurant in Dillon, CO and it will not disappoint. You walk into a friendly environment, with a fireplace to your left and a brick oven for pizza to your right(with its own viewing area). We were seated at a medium-dark wood table and comfortably dim lighting. The owner Adriano himself came to greet us and took our order. So off to a good start. The food: I ordered the chicken cacciatore which is an insane amount of food, delicious, and I haven’t mentioned yet that EVERY meal comes with an appetizer, soup, and salad. My future father-in-law’s take on his meal was that«if you put that on your forehead, your lip will beat your brain trying to get it off»

Been here twice, both great experiences. They are always changing up the menu which is nice since going out in Dillon is limited. Great service, food, and quiet atmosphere. Can’t wait to check out their deck seating this summer. Can’t believe I have lived here over 2 years before checking this place out.

4 stars what a joke!!! First time eating here and everything was absolutely awful. No greeting from the host. My server was unpleasant, never got her name because she never stuck around long enough for us to know. Being our first time she didn’t ask if we’ve eaten there so we were wounding why the menu was so little. Apparently everything’s made from scratch. My salad was small enough I could pick up all the lettuce on my plate with two fingers. We got chicken parmesan. Chicken was dry as if it was frozen from the store very salty. My boyfriend got chicken linguine, chicken was extra and there were very small pieces of chicken. Was asked to get real chicken and they bought out disgusting brown and white chicken with some chewy looking pieces. We sent it straight back. 80 $ check not worth the price of McDonald’s.

Outstanding! Terrific family restaurant! Loved the pizza, full meal for a great price. Definitely going back.
