Mega Inn and Suites

Stayed here for 5 days, Christmas holiday. We had 4 people that slept on full sized beds, when we asked for queens when setting up the reservation. They told us that we would have queen beds, but didn’t find out until later that they don’t have rooms with queen sized beds. The room wasn’t cleaned every day and the bedding wasn’t washed the whole time we were there. They told us we had to ask for it. The bathroom is small and our shower had holes in the walls and they also had mold. If you stay here don’t expect much. Will not be staying here again.

We were en route heading North and needed a place to stop, and as Mega Inn and Suites is situated with easy access to the freeway, it perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nicely decorated with hardwood floors (with slippers provided, too!) and a huge comfy bed. But it was really their customer service and going ABOVE & BEYOND that makes Mega Inn and Suites a place we will make a point to stay at from now on.
3 hours after leaving the hotel on 11/​25/​2014, we received a call that housekeeping had found my briefcase, with my computer & all kinds of important paperwork in it, left behind in the room. As we were unable to return to retrieve it, Jennifer at Mega Inn and Suites helped us to make all the arrangements to have it sent ahead to us — including personally taking it and dropping it off at the UPS store on her own time. With the holiday and everything else going on that weekend, we were so relieved when it arrived in great shape with everything intact. Thank you, Mega Inn and Suites, you totally saved us!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Even if you do not leave anything behind in your room — this is the best value for the $$ we have ever experienced.

Traveling cross country from Los Angeles California to Virginia and on the last two days of the trip we were 45 mins outside of Nashville as we had prior reservations to stay at a travel lodge. We never made it because of huge thunderstorm at 10pm at night … too dangerous to continue we stopped in Dickerson. We could not have been more fortunate! For the same price of a 1star travel lodge hotel room we were going to stay we now had a 5 star hotel room. Rooms are spacious and wonderful décor and energy. I highly recommend Mega Inn and Suites in Dickerson Tennessee :)

Surprising gem. Inexpensive and clean. We were we were four days into a x-​country road trip, driving a giant rental truck, and pulled off the road when we were close to exhausted. The intent was to go to Holiday Inn Express (reliable but not cheap), but we spotted the sign for this place and noted the remarkably low price posted. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. They even provided disposable slippers, Asian-​style! Okay, not so surprising since the new owners are Asian, but quite a surprise at a bargain hotel in Tennessee. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were a bit worn, and the clothes washer was out of order, but overall it was a pleasant surprise.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The rooms are really nice. They did a good job remodeling them. The staff is really nice as well. I had excellent customer service during both my check ins. The price is a lot cheaper than the surrounding hotels and the stay in my opinion is much better than I have had in some of the chains. The breakfast is way better than most other hotels. I love the fact that they offer sugar free jelly and syrup for their breakfast items. I would recommend this place to anyone passing thru the area or those who are staying for several days.
