So as far as mechanic work, Mr. King is as good as it gets. Granted, it does take some patience on your part for your vehicle to be worked on. But you can be sure, when it’s done, it’s done right. Mr. King was a Ford mechanic for many years. We personally have had him work on mainly Gmc/​Duramax trucks. My 2 cents worth. Thanks!

Took our Olds Alero to King’s, they said they could look at it on a Wednesday. Called back on the following Tuesday to see what if any progress had been made & they had no record of it. Drove down there & it was still sitting where I’d left it over a week & a half earlier! Had it towed to another shop the next day… never again!

Kings said they could fix our RV. Of course and they told us they could have it done by our requested date. This RV is to serve as someone’s HOME in TX. He cannot get a job until he has a place to live. It wasn’t ready when they said it would be and we wasted money on air fair to TN to pick it up. They are also trying to justify charging us more money for less repairs than originally quoted. Less work = Less money! Not at Kings!
And TODAY… we were just told by King’s they have clients with appointments and their vehicles were in front of ours. THEY’VE HAD OURS OVER A MONTH! They didn’t touch it for two weeks. We had to complain just to get them to look at it. We have phone records where we’ve had to call them constantly.
They’ve caused us valuable time and a considerable amount of money. A new RV would have been less aggravation. This place is horribleI don’t care if their work is A plus. Their integrity is crap and their CS is even worse.
