One of the best pizza places– it’s a very unique experience. All of the food is delicious. However, the space could be cleaned better.

Stopped here for lunch. It was past the lunch rush and not that busy. Service was slow. A coal oven pizza cooks in less than 5 minutes. I thought 35 minutes was a long wait and not practical for a lunch stop. Don’t count on a drink refill. Pizza was OK not a wow.

As a vegetarian, I can vouch that they have great options! It’s a great restaurant to bring your family or come with a group of people. We had the Patti’s Eggplant pie and that tasted a little like eggplant parm on pizza. Really filling and very affordable for the size of the pie. Décor is nice and prices are good, and coal fired pizza is hard to come by so I really love it here. They are also open past 10pm when most other restaurants in that area are closing at this time so it’s a good place to go if you were out late and need someplace to grab a quick bite.

Great place not far from the highway. We had the Philadelphia pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. Both were delicious and the server was very accommodating when we asked for the nearest tv channel to be changed.

It’s a shame, I want to like this place but it is always understaffed. Today was the last straw. Food is good, décor is nice, prices are fair. Service is poor. Bartender/waiter could not care less. First time in years I left zero tip.

I have been here several times for pizza and enjoyed it! The location is nice. It is very nice inside. Heather Y. was my server last night, and she was super-sweet and responsive, even when I fell on an unmarked wet floor. It is okay, though! The pizza is awesome, nice, fresh, and tasty! Prices are good. I would recommend this restaurant if you want nice food in the Dickson City area!

The atmosphere is always so festive(holidays, decorations, art, etc…). This is a great low-key restaurant to bring your family to that won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Coal fired pizza is unique. I would try a piece to see if you like the style. For the most part, all of their menu is baked, not fried which is great for people concerned about eating a little healthier.

It was pretty dark in this place when we went in the middle of the day. However, they were nice to our kids and the pizza was great so who cares if you can see anything right?!

Beautiful place, fantastic pizza, excellent staff! Only place in the area fit to take a date. The long hots are awesome, especially on the pizza. Salads are huge!

My first coal fire pizza. I got a 12″ traditional pie. Good crispy crust. Lots of tasty, tangy sauce with fresh mozzarella and basil. If I’m ever back in this area I would eat here again.

5 star pizza and wings. Wicked thin crust, tastes amazing, service was to be expected, fairly quick. Wings are unique, Italian, but very good. 5⁄5 would recommend

The food is good and the service is fine. However, the last time I was there I asked for the other half of my sub wrapped up they gave it to me BENTINHALF in a box that was way to small. It was bizarre, they had to force it in there. It was a mess and, needless to say, I left it there.

I give it three stars. I got chicken wings and a small Bianco. The Bianco was good. Their crust is the correct amount of chewy and crispy that coal fired pizza is famous for. The riccotta was overwhelming. The wings were dry and under seasoned.

We arrived for a late lunch on Friday(01/30/2015) around 3:45PM. A young woman took our drink order promptly. When she returned(equally as quickly), she brought our menus. Now, let me be clear, there was only one other couple in the dining area and one couple at the bar. Ten minutes pass. Our server is still chatting with the couple at the bar and all other servers are gathered in the back texting and talking on their phones. Fifteen minutes pass. Same. Now, at this point, we are simply curious when this person, or management, or anyone will notice they have completely disregarded one of the three sets of customers in the entire establishment. Nearly twenty minutes passed since we were given the menus when the server came to our table and asked if we were ready. Ready? Well, we were ready about seventeen minutes ago. We stated that we would pay for the one drink we ordered(the other drink was a water) and that we were leaving. The young woman wanted us to have some take-out. We obviously declined … I mean, if it took nearly twenty minutes to get to this point, how long would it take to get actually food. I can only imagine that there must be a good deal of chatting and texting that would have to come first. She said the drink was on the house and apologized. We went to China Palace(across the street) … they are so professional there! I can assure you, we will never return to Colarusso’s.

Love this place!!! The food is top notch, the service is great. I can’t stand up the people who complain about their take out pizza being mushy or soggy… Here is a tip… PICKITUPONTIME! The wings are amazing, the chicken marsala is my favorite. They always have unique pizza special every week!!! Make sure you check out the drink specials, i don’t know where they get the ideas for them, but they are delicious.

Went to eat here with two friends on August 8, 2014 around 5:30PM. We ordered two cokes, a water, a 12″ margherita pizza, and 12″ traditional pie. NIce place; I’ve been here a few times in the past two years. Pizza came out in about 20 minutes, and it was pretty good. Three slices into the traditional pie, I bite into something super hard. I thought it was just a hard piece of crust, so I bit into it harder. Nope. Couldn’t break through. So I spit out my food, and out came to what looked like a 1″ double ended lag screw!!! My friends and I just sat there for our waitress to come by so we could tell her what we found in our pizza… but she never came by. It was a busy day, so I could understand(i’ve worked at a restaurant before). Another waitress came by, and asked us if we needed a box – nope; we needed the manager. The manager came over and was obviously nervous. He kept saying sorry… that he had no idea how that got in my pizza… that they clean their kitchen. He took our meal off the check. He even offered to take us for a tour of the kitchen, so see how clean it was. This part should be protocol at every restaurant. I tell him that this is serious, and that they really need to be careful when they make the pizza. At this point, the tables near us are staring and wondering what the hell is going on… The manger was friendly & obviously cared about the situation. Now comes the worse part. After the manager tells our waitress that we don’t have to pay for our pizzas, the waitress comes over and grabs BOTH pizzas, and throws them away. Yes, even the one without the screw in it. To be clear, I ordered the pizza for myself(with the screw). The other pizza was shared by my two friends. We sat there for about a minute or two just to finish our drinks, and this is when the waitress comes over and says, ‘You talked to our manager, now can you get out of here, you are free to go.’ In my opinions, this waitress was one of the most rude restaurant workers I have ever met, and she needs to undergo proper training for these types of situations!!!

Absolutely perfect service, cheap wine, and amazing pizza. I had the Sophia Loren with half roasted long hots… amazing. The cheese was fresh and the sauce was delicious. The table also shared an order of meatballs as an appetizer. Great sauce — lots of garlic in the meatballs, too. They were not the best I’ve ever had, but they were good. My friends and I were really impressed with the classy but laid back atmosphere as well.

Adding a star and adding to my initial review. After trying the Patti’s Eggplant pizza, I’m hooked. It was probably the best thin crust pizza with breaded eggplant I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what they do to the eggplant to make it so amazing but it truly is to die for. If you like eggplant, make sure you try this pizza. Heck, even if you don’t typically like eggplant you should probably give it a whirl.
