We had a plumbing problem and our plumber recommended Tideland to pump out our septic tanks. I called and made an appointment. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said they would be out the day after my call. I was told they would be there between 1 and 4PM. They called around 1PM and said they were on their way and gave me an estimated time which they met.
They checked both tanks and said I only needed one pumped out. Saving me $ 100 plus dollars. Overall a good experience.
I love it when companies do what they say when they say they will do it.
