Not only did they tow my car to their storage lot against HPD instructions, (a violation) but then towed it to a dealership without permission the next morning, then forged the paperwork. Reported to TDLR, they received $ 8K fine for their wrong doings. They’ve had their licenses suspended on more than one occasion. They have a boat load of liens against them in Galveston County. They don’t pay their taxes or their bills and they screw their customers. NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL!!!

Taylor Towing did a great job! I needed a wrecker and they got there within 20 minutes without any problem. They were super courteous and helpful! I’d recommend them to anyone! Good job!
