Pro-Line Cleaning Services

We have had Paul and his crew clean our carpets at our home for the past 5 years. The entire crew, owners to employee’s, are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and always do a great job. We have pets, children and live in the country — no problem for Pro-​Line, they always get my carpets clean and smelling fresh. And their prices are so competitive! Awesome!

Pro-​Line is awesome! I called them because I needed the carpet in my apartment cleaned (So I could get my deposit back) and they did a great job. Quality is important to me, and I must say that Paul and everyone at Pro-​Line has quality in mind when they perform work. The next time I need carpet or upholstery cleaning done, I’m definitely going to call Pro-​Line again.

We have used Pro-​Line as our janitorial service for our 11,000 ft/​sq office for a few months now. Today we let them go. After reprimanding the cleaning staff and owners multiple times, the final straw was the unauthorized entrance into our building of the cleaner’s family (husband and small children). I made it extremely clear that no one was allowed to enter our building without having met me first (for security and insurance reasons– we have a lot of expensive equipment in our office). Today we checked our cameras and saw the unauthorized entrance of her husband and kids. This is unacceptable, not only did this cleaner put our company’s security at risk, when I contacted the employees at Pro-​Line they were rude and not apologetic in any way. I would NOT recommend Pro-​Line Cleaning Services to anyone who owns a business and values the integrity of it’s security.
