I needed a surveyor to help me with a complicated lot line. I had left messages for surveyors and Brendan was the only one to respond. I have to say Brendan was fantastic. After he researched my property the news was not good because the City of Sacramento had not updated their maps since 1911. Brendan was going to have to do a lot of work to define my lot line. Brendan advised me to call the Sacramento County Surveyor’s office in hopes of getting more information. The Surveyor’s office stated word for word what Brendan had told me. Thru the course of the conversation with the Surveyor’s office, even they complimented on how accurate Brendan’s information was and said, «He knows what he is doing.»
So, if you need a surveyor, Brendan is your guy. Sacramento County proved his information was right on the mark. Also, Brendan is very polite, he let me jabber off the issues about my property and didn’t get irritated. Brendan is personable and very professional.
Right now I do not have the money to resolve the major issues of my property, things have sat quiet since I bought my house and I am just going to have to let it sit but Brendan’s information now has a permanent place in my computer and rolodex and he will be the one I call if I HAVE to resolve my issues upon the City of Sacramento’s request.
