Gularte’s Diamond Deli & Pizza

Their take n bake pizzas NEVER fail to make our tastebuds happy. We’ve tried just about every one. Had a Michelle’s Groovy Garlic with extra garlic. So good! And the young staff is respectful, fast and courteous. Please treat yourself to a take n bake soon. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is so good. Plus the family environment is awesome. They offered me a sample of soup when I got my sandwich today and it was awesome. All homemade and excellent. I highly recommend this place for an amazing lunch. The Beefy Miner is amazing!

Oh my goodness!!! I finally broke down and ordered their pizza for the first time ever on New Years Eve. I ordered the Kayci’s Feta Fabulous with no mushrooms and added red onion. First off I expected a flat pizza with toppings and it was far from that… it was pied high with tons of flavor that made it hard to stop eating the whole thing!!! I am above and beyond impressed with their pizza and will not buy it from anywhere else again! The only problem I have is how can I try a new pizza when I can’t stop ordering Kayci’s Fetta Fabulous!!! I’ve never had a pizza with so much flavor… it was to die for! This is deffinately #1 in my book and I’m ordering another one for this weekend too! You should check out the combos they have to offer… great ideas, great flavor!!! WOW!

Great tacos on Tuesdays, but I called in my order an hour early thinking I could pick it up when I got there without waiting, but they didn’t make the tacos until I got there and paid so no point calling ahead for take out.

Great pizza, great salads, great sandwiches. We have had them all and have never been disappointed. The service is fast and friendly. Best sandwiches in diamond springs.

I have mixed feelings about this establishment. I try to support local business and have ordered pizzas from Gularte’s for years. This past year I have repeatedly had the experience that the pizzas I ordered were not made correctly with missing ingredients or ingredients added that I had not ordered. After repeatedly taking the pizzas back to be corrected and having multiple conversations (with the very friendly staff) I gave up and went to a competitor. Tonight I ordered from Gularte’s thinking things may have changed… no such luck. The pizza my husband brought home was missing ingredients. Its too bad because the food tastes good but I can not rely on them to get the order right. I do not see myself giving them my business again.

I love the food! The sandwiches are amazing, and taco Tuesdays are great! Everyone at my company visits Gularte’s at least once a week for lunch! The soups are great, too. And the customer service is perfect. Engaging, smiling workers, and careful considerations for allergy restrictions.

One of my favorite places to eat. Consistently friendly staff, fresh ingredients, wide variety without being overwhelmed. The chipotle mayo is amazing!

Great pizza the awesome artichoke is my favorite. They also offer tacos on Tuesday which are a very decent size!

Friendly service– Always. Good food– Always. It’s a little on the expensive side for just a deli, so if you don’t mind that part, then you’ll enjoy yourself.

A lot of people recommended this place. I love their homemade salsa and the samdwiches are delicious. Nice friendly local spot.

BEST SANDWICHES EVER! Me and my boyfriend come up to Diamond Springs alot during the summer and definitely make it a point to grab a sandwich on the way home. I wish we lived closer!

2 ½ sandwiches, 2 chips, 1 drink and cookie was around $ 21.
They serve pizzas and sandwiches here. In the fridge are a handful of desserts from cookies to cobblers. There is also salsa, potato and macaroni salads, and spaghetti.
I wanted to love my sandwich but it was just ok. I ordered a Dutch crunch with turkey and cheddar cheese and the usual fixings minus the tomato (it also comes with sprouts, peppercini and pickles). My sandwich came out on the sweet side. I don’t know how. I told BD and he agreed that in the end his sandwich tasted sweet too.
The macaroni salad was more on the eggy mustard side than a glop of mayo and it was kinda dry too but not necessarily in a bad way. My kid came back over and over for a bite. He also enjoyed his turkey cheese and mayo bread on a slice of white bread.
If I was in the area and was hungry for sandwiches Id come back for another try. But this time around our meals didn’t make it more than 3 stars and I might be a little generous.

Great food, friendly staff. Sandwiches were really good, ingredients were fresh, and very tasty. They have a decent sized menu of specialty sandwiches, as well as the ingredients to build your own, they also serve pizza.

Best take and bake pizza in the area. Far better than papa murphy’s IMHO!

Stopped in for lunch on a Tues, place was packed with a line out the door for the tacos (will have to try next time). I ordered a garlic gobbler, they had food coming out super fast, my sandwich was killer, and the staff is very nice and friendly. Definitely will be back. Also got to try there chicken tortilla soup, homemade, not canned, and it was good to. Hit the spot on a cold day.

Hubby n I decided on a Thursday afternoon (that was the last day to get burgers, though… they no longer serve burgers) to take a break from work and grab a bite — I got to drive, so I thought I’d surprise him! It is conveniently located, but easy to miss, so keep your eye out for it! If you blink, you’ll miss it! This diamond in the ruff is family owned and operated and needs to have better signage to let everyone know that they’re there.
We were a little lost once we got in, but the lady behind the counter was very helpful, though, once we explained that this was our first time. She showed us how the menu worked for sandwiches (pizza will be next time). I got the veggie sandwich (Green Gardener, I think it was called), but added turkey and for the test… «do you have Swiss cheese with holes?» — YES!!!
*Ok, now, I just sound like that’s the only thing I look for in a restaurant and it’s the only cheese I like… no true, but it is a deal-​breaker for me for the most part… if an establishment can’t spend the money to provide REAL Swiss cheese, they need have a wake up call*
So, I got my sandwich and «mmmmm-​ed» the whole time. We also got a container of their potato salad… LOVED LOVE LOVED IT!!! Just the kind I like — no sweet pickles!
We’ll definitely be going back to support this local diamond in Diamond Springs!

Great sandwiches! I had the Garlic Gobler… was amazingly delicious! This place is tucked in at the end of an older strip mall in Diamond Springs. I would not have given it a second look, but a friend said it was one of her favorites and now I’m right there with her. Great staff too. They take debit cards, but no credit cards… which is a PITA! That said, if you’re looking for an easy and reasonably priced meal in Diamond Springs give this place a try!
