I had power supply issues with my computer so i went to Bliss to buy a new one. Justin helped me find a new one. It was reasonbly priced(maybe coulda saved a buck or 2 going to best buy but then woulda had to drive to folsom). Not being very computer savvy I hooked up the new power supply wrong and was getting an error message. I took the computer in and again Justin was the one who helped me. He looked at it within 5 minutes and found that i had made an error with the connections and corrected it for me free of charge. Now that’s great customer service. I would definately go back to Bliss for my computer needs

I was helping an older relative get a new computer. I found out my relative went to Bliss Computer and was told a price of $ 600 for a basic store built pentium machine. My relative has no idea about computers so she went along with the price and wrote Bliss a hold check. I ended up buying a much better computer in Sacramento for $ 100 less. I then went to Bliss to pick up my relatives hold check. The employees at Bliss were very rude. They said in a snarky way«good luck with you relative figuring out the new Windows 8.0» They suggested that Windows 8.0 had no start button and older people have trouble figuring out the new software. Of course my relative had no problem with Windows 8.0. Bliss acted as if their whole business was hinging on this one computer sale. In the end Bliss did hand over the hold check. The lady who sits at the first desk was the most rude. She acted personally offended. The lady’s justification for such a high price on a basic computer was customer service. If you are in the market for a new computer just drive down the hill to Best Buy in Folsom and save big money.

I had a computer hard drive crash so I took it here. When they told me the hard drive had crashed(the same thing I told them when I brought it in) they gave me a price to replace it. I asked how much it would be to upgrade to a solid state drive I was told it would be expensive. I asked for a price anyway(The tech sounded annoyed at the idea) and I asked about recovering the data on the drive. I was told they had some very sophisticated software and would see what they could get off it. When they called back the price for the hard drive upgrade was not that much more. But they had to order it. I asked about the data recovery again and was told they would call me back. The next day they called to tell me the computer was up and running. Again I asked about the data and they had to call me back. When they called me back I was told the drive was dead and they could not recover any data. When I got the computer back I plugged it in and found windows needed to update. 6 hours of updates. I would think this should have been done at the store. When I checked in to the data recovery the first program I found on CNET let me recover all the files. $ 40 I paid and found all my files were there.

The staff at Bliss Computers are friendly and helpful. When I got a virus on my laptop, they repaired it in less than 48 hours. The cost was reasonable. When you have your own business, time is important! I recommend Bliss for your PC repair needs.

I like it when I walk into a place, have a few minutes to try to find what I need and about the time I recognize that I probably should save myself the trouble, a nice gentleman asks if he can help me with anything. Towered a bit over me, but incredibly pleasant! Told him what I needed, a simple audio hook up, and he walked me over to where it was, picked them out for me after a few clarifying questions, and voila! I was done. How’s that for efficiency? I noticed that the building was new and it seemed pretty well organized. I liked the small town demeanor of the place, a pleasant change from Fry’s Electronics. Clearly they’ve been in business a long time with the same employees. The only thing that wasn’t really so great was they only have one cashier terminal. Maybe that’s OK if they don’t get busy but the folks in front of me were buying a computer and I just had these two little pieces. I had to wait much longer than I felt I should have. I did get a few apologies for the wait, so maybe they’re working on fixing that.

I don’t exactly live close, but I was told this place was good. I had to get my laptop screen fixed fast, and they told me a deadline which was just in time for when I needed it. They were fully aware of how important it was that I had by the said date. I called the day they promised it would be ready, twice the next day, and finally my boyfriend had to call and ask them what’s going on to get any response. They were three days late and when we went it to pick it up and pay the remaining balance they said«don’t worry about it.» I assumed they realized their mistake. I then started receiving multiple phone calls a day to come in and pay, when they already told my boyfriend and I both not to worry about it! Paying wasn’t the biggest issue, the way they handled it was. I have a busy schedule and live 45 minutes down the hill. I told them I would come in when I was in town and they weren’t closed.(They have AWFUL hours). Instead they started calling my boyfriend and pestering him to come pay! The remaining fee that was owed was the cost of labor. Over $ 100! Little did I realize two days after picking it up. My laptop screen was COMINGOFF. They had installed it wrong! So I had to go back and have them fix it AGAIN. I refuse to step foot in there ever again. They couldn’t even guarantee the glue would hold and said to come back when it comes off… UHHNOTHANKS!!! Chris and Justin are the only names I remember after all the multiple phone calls and voicemails they left me. Don’t trust them with your electronics!!!

As a business owner, we rely on our computers, and when they fail it is very important to get speedy help. Everyone at Bliss was ready to help and get us back on our feet after the last equipment failure due to a power surge. they had new equipment available, and set it up for our business within a short time, and we didnt need to go down the hill! We would definately recommend Bliss to everyone.
