Loved the way my Brazilian Blowout turned out! Sonal was so nice and took her time explaining the treatment and after care. I will definitely come back. My hair was curly and frizzy, but is now smooth with out any frizz.

I always go to Sonal to thread my eyebrows and my upper lip. You can trust her to give you the most beautiful eyebrow shape! She is also very gentle and thoughtful when threading. I won’t go to anyone else but her!
I also recommend getting the prepaid card. It makes going there quick and easy!

Okay so I used to come here all the time. I would always get the minimum $ 50 «gift card» so that I can get a $ 4.99 eyebrow threading deal. Honestly I think this is the worst idea ever you are forcing people to get $ 50 worth of a gift card so that they are forced to keep coming. If you have a balance of $ 0 you have to reload it with $ 55 dollars so that you can use it. Every time I go there is a new rule that is made up. It’s really confusing and inconsistent. Every time I go she has to say something negative. One time she said oh wow how makeup can change a person when she saw me without makeup. Like who says that!!! So unprofessional. I WILL NOT be reloading my card so I am not forced to come back to this unprofessional inconsistent establishment.

I have pretty thick eyebrows. She was able to thread them fast and they look great. The prices are good and the service is friendly. THANK YOU!

I first got my hair done by Sonal almost 20 years ago and now I drive out from Los Angeles to come here. Every time I try and get a cut elsewhere, I end up regretting it. She gives amazing cuts and is very thorough, and does beautiful blowouts. She cut my hair while it was dry, to make sure it was the right length and style, then make adjustments after washing and deep conditioning. It looked so good, even without the blowout! Plus, the cuts last so long and grow out beautifully. I was just in there for a badly needed cut and conditioning and got so many compliments from friends and my boyfriend after. My hair looks so healthy and I’m so happy with her work. Sonal is the best!

I been coming here for a long time and I have to say the the owner does a great job with my eyebrows. My eyebrows are always full and even and she does exactly what I ask for. I’m constantly getting eyebrow complements. I don’t find the owner or anyone working there rude.

Excellent Salon! I have been going to this Salon for six years. I always got a friendly service.

Horrible customer service. The owner is extremely rude. When you come in she doesn’t even have a smile on her face or say hello. She also doesn’t say thank you or goodbye. And she’s actually very terrible at doing eyebrows. Doesn’t follow instructions at all. Don’t recommend her. Try somewhere where the people are actually glad to see you come in!

Amazing experience. First time here and loved it. Came in for threading and also got a hair trim for an amazing deal. Would definitely be back!

Just came out from an eyebrow threading & I have to say Sonal did such an amazing job! She did my brows exactly as I wanted them and they came out so perfect! The service is phenomenal so if you want eyebrows done from someone who genuinely cares then give a visit to Sonal :-)

I used to come here a lot for my eyebrows, and that was fine. They did a good job and the price is reasonable. My complaint is regarding there other services (stylists). I have curly hair and like to get blow dries. The owner always tried to recommend other stylists and I could never get her to do my hair. The last time I was there, I had a blow dry that looked TERRIBLE! Frizzy, not at all smooth. The stylist clearly did not know what they were doing. It was super annoying because I always ask ahead of time, and make sure the stylist is comfortable with CURLY hair.
Sorry, not be returning, and don’t recommend this place for anything other than eyebrow threading!

I’ve been going to this facility for several months and have seen stylists and eyebrow technicians come and go. The individual operators seem to be talented, but it is apparent that the owner is the problem. I’ve overheard her badmouth the talented people she’s let go, and eventually, everyone seems to quit or get fired. The owner is also very unprofessional and confrontational. She once walked up and started a heated conversation with my stylist right in front of clients. The confusing part was that the stylist hadn’t said a word to her.
The shop is poorly maintained as well. It looks nice at first glance, but the restroom was rarely clean. The toilet stopped working about 2 weeks ago and has still not been repaired. The owner is sending clients across the parking lot to Jack in the Box to use the restroom. Also, I’ve never drank from it, but a heads up that I’ve heard comments regarding the lack of cleanliness of the drinking water dispenser.
It’s too bad, but the unfavorable reviews about the owner are probably all true. Customer service is not her strength.

FIRST OF ALL, I understand most if not all eyebrow threading places are very insistent with their customers on returning every two weeks, however, I believe there is a fine line between being a little pushy and being downright disrespectful. And I feel that I have been disrespected on multiple occasions with this place.
I would only go here before because of the cheap price for eyebrow threading if you get the prepaid card. However, I am not going to be coming back here anymore even though I have $ 10 left on my prepaid card because I just cannot tolerate their customer service for one more day. At first, one of the girls always scolded me about something every time I went there. The first time she said I shouldn’t have tweezed my eyebrows because I messed it up and that I should just always go there any time it starts to grow. Sorry I don’t want to pay to pluck out like five eyebrow hairs. The next time I went there, she scolded me for waiting too long to go back and that I had too much eyebrow hair. Okay, so I’m damned if I do tweeze it and I’m damned if I don’t. Nice to know.
I finally get someone else to do my eyebrows one day and lo and behold, this one was even worse. She made the previous girl seem like an angel. This woman looks at my eyebrows and says, «You don’t come here enough, why?» and I didn’t really feel like going on about my personal life so I just told her I was too lazy. She responded by saying that I shouldn’t be like that and that it is necessary for me to come there every two weeks. Okay, let me get this straight, getting my eyebrows done is NOT on the list of my priorities. Yes, I do appreciate having nice eyebrows but if I don’t feel like spending money on them every two weeks I don’t think that makes me a bad person. I don’t want to feel guilty every single time I get them done just because I don’t go as often as they would want me to. I hate feeling pressured and being put in awkward situations. Before I left, she made sure to once again say «make sure you come back in two weeks» and «see you in two weeks». Can you say forceful much? And she didn’t even say these things light-​heartedly, she looked me straight in the eyes and gave me the death stare. I felt like she would refuse me service if she didn’t see me in two weeks.
Well, thanks to your pushy attitude, you won’t see me ever again.

Amazing! Just got my eyebrows done here for my prom this weekend and I instantly fell in love. I’ve been here before and I’ve received the same service I did the first time. Other places I go to, they don’t talk to you and ask what you want but here she talks to you and gives you amazing advice about what to do to about your eyebrows and other services. Way cheeper than other eyebrow places I have been to.
Very clean and very modern. & very welcoming!!! Also, very good good customer service all very friendly. Love it here!

It’s a hit or miss this place! I used to go here years ago, when I first started threading. The only reason I went here was because my friend goes here and she said it was a great deal if you get their prepaid card! I stopped going here after I got my wallet stolen=prepaid card GONE! I wish they had a system to look up how much credits I still have left! Cause if that works, I would definitely go back and try them again!
Speaking of their prepaid credits… Basically you buy a $ 50 prepaid card so that means you get to do your eyebrows 10 times, so averaging $ 5 each visit. Or else their usual prices are like $ 7 – 8? I think all of the services is cheaper with the prepaid card.
So I think it really depends on who you get and how well your eyebrows will behave LOL! Cause i think everytime I have been there… my eyebrows never come out the way I want it to :(and trust me I grow them out so that they have a lot to work with!
