If could give ZERO stars, I would.
I have been going to Dr. Patel every 6 months for years. I’ve recently begun having a bad feeling that there’s something he isn’t catching. So, I went to another dentist and he found 5 cavities that have been building up for almost 2 years, gingivitis, and a lot of plaque and tartar build up.
These are things that Dr. Patel should have caught when I was sitting in his chair. There is NO reason that I should have cavities, unknown to me, when I go every 6 months. He has been telling me that my teeth are fine and that I only need to floss more.
I am beyond livid right now. If I could, I would send the bill for the fillings and deep cleaning to him. If he was doing his job correctly then he would have caught all of this before it was too late.
He just lost 4 faithful customers.

I’ve had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Patel several times over the last few years. His staff is always attentive to whether or not something feels comfortable or painful, and that’s reassuring. He’s also good about keeping me informed about what he’s doing and asking if that’s okay by me. I haven’t had major work done (e.g., cavities, root canals), but if I needed it, I would definitely go to Dr. Patel. A while ago when I was younger, he made me a retainer to keep my lower teeth from getting crowded as I continued to grow (after I had already had my teeth aligned with braces and the braces had been removed). I thought he did a great job with that too (though of course I stopped wearing the retainer and «lost» it).

Dr. Patel is the most professional and honest dentist I have ever encountered. He is always friendly and accommodating, and more importantly, he never up-​sells me on useless procedures. Great dentist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Patel since I was a kid and he’s the best dentist! Highly recommended
