Kitchen & Flooring Center

I normally do not do reviews, however, I felt that this company should get some credit for excellent work.
About a year ago we had some flooring done by Kitchen & Flooring. The result was fantastic. Because of this we decided to do our family room in flooring also. Again we chose Kitchen & Flooring. We started with flooring but with several projects it expanded. First we decided to replace a cabinet and add a granite top at the same time. This made sense since it is normally easier to change the cabinet before the flooring is completed. The result was great.
Both times the crew that came out to do the work was very professional, clean (cleaning up each day after the daily work was completed) and very friendly.
In addition to doing the flooring and cabinet we had them do some drywall repair, changing a kitchen faucet, and painting. Again everything was done very professionally and friendly.
We will be using Kitchen & Flooring again for our next project and some handyman projects when they occur.

We had two bathrooms totally redone. I was dreading the visits to the tile stores, granite lots, fixture suppliers, etc. — but Sami made it super easy. His showroom has enough variety that I could pick out all the materials at his store. Sami has a good sense of what looks good together and was able to advise me when I was about to make a mistake in selection. Sami’s crew was reliable, focused, and neat. They arrived on time and let us know the status of the project every day. Sami visited the site every day to make sure things were going smoothly and that I didn’t have any questions. We have not have good luck on home projects and contractors, but Sami was a good luck find for us. On top of all that, he finished on time. Did I mention that he did an amazing quality job.

Renovated our whole 1^st floor: New Kitchen (and open to familyroom), new tile flooring, new windows and sliders, closeup our stair case and build a closet underneath, and reno small bathroom.
From the start to the end of the project, Sami was wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent as he makes himself available all days of the week (reasonable time, of course). Very attentive to detail and works with us (hand in hand) to incorporate what would be the best design for our home and budget.
True to his word, project was completed timely (few days ahead of schedule) and he never nickel and dime us for minor items and willing to go out of his way to talk to us when there were questions/​concerns throughout the project.
Will definitely call on him again. A very happy homeowner with a new 1^st Floor.

We had do re do the floors of our home and my moms friend suggested this place. We both don’t know anything about remodeling or flooring and was skeptical coming in but the owner was very helpful. He showed us all kinds of options. He finished the job in the number of days he promised and gave us a great deal! We both learned a lot. It’s hard to find people you can trust these days and we’ll be recommending this place to our friends.
