Was with other alarm companies and all they cared about was my monthly check. Every time I had any problem with the system, and there were a few, they would make me give them a 4 hr window and sit around wait for them. once there, they would want to charge me money for their faulty equipment. I was glad when I found Guardian alarm and was able to tear out the other system. I have no complaints about Guardian and since its family owned, their customer service is so much better.

We’ve been Guardian Alarms customers for many years. When we recently moved into our new home there was no question who we wanted to install our new alarm system. The installation went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with our new system and monthly monitoring. After installation, the installer walked us through all the functions and customized the settings to meet our needs. Questions or concerns are always addressed promptly with friendly customer service.

We decided on a system we could control remotely with our phones and they offered great pricing on their monitoring services!

This is the BEST alarm company. They go over and above with Customer Service. They are easy to work with and can explain in very simple terms how to use their equipment; I’m not too technically savvy. I have used them for years and refer them all the time.
