Triple A is the best thing since pop corn! Locked my keys in trunk of my Audi and its impossible to get into, called triple A purchased a year long membership for two people for 63 dollars over the phone in less than ten minutes. They sent Sanders lock smith to me in less than thirty minutes and Leeno got me back on the road for no extra cost in three minutes thanks Sanders (and thanks triple A Two huge Thumbs up

This review is for the behind the wheel drivers training program and Miss Star! Miss Star is a very patient and extremely knowledgeable and talented driving instructor! My two daughters just completed behind the wheel training with her and I could not be happier with their progress due to Miss Star! She has a way with kids that is so kind, but no nonsense at the same time! We all enjoyed our time with Miss Star and will be telling all of our friends to take lessons at AAA drivers training because of Miss Star!

Thank you so much AAA staff! You were all so helpful and friendly! I went like three times last week to add on my niece and my husband. I asked questions and all were answered and especially thank you to Karla for assisting me step by step what I would need to do to save some money in car insurance in the future. Clean facility and nice and helpful staff! Thank you once again!

I have been a long time AAA customer. This location for me is very convenient for me. Walking into the location I was greeted very by their friendly staff who directed me to the seating area where I waited for my agent. They staff are very friendly and helpful and its a one-​stop-​shop for all my DMV needs and they also provide many discounts for traveling.

I’ve been coming here for 20years. So much more convenient th going to DMV. The insurance agents are very helpful. The rest of the staff it’s a hit or miss, some are pleasant some not so much
Give yourself plenty of time the waiting area is always packed

When I walked in with my bf, there was a ton of people waiting. They said the wait would be about 45 mins, but we only waited 25 minutes!
There’s a bunch of seats in the front and in waiting area, so that was nice. Also, there are bathrooms conveniently located upstairs.
Delia was great and super quick with what we needed taken care of.
Location is great too because you can get some lunch or do some grocery shopping at H mart if there’s a long wait! Beware though, they call names 3x quickly, and will skip you if you’re not present.

I have used this AAA for years and they have never let me down, mainly because of one agent, Delia Woo.
Delia has helped arrange family vacations, trips for individual family members, and various DMV services. She is ultra-​friendly, thoughtful, and professional. She gets things done efficiently and makes what could be a tedious process, painless, and dare I say, nice!

just want to say, Thank to Ms. Domiguies, she have been best service for twice in a week and recognize the clients. It only take a few minute to do the transaction & helpful.

These guys are awesome. It only took me 10 mins to do my renewal registration. Rather than going to DMV!

Updated dmv information, short wait, went on a friday afternoon around 12. Was helped by Riva, friendly and informative!

I’ve had AAA insurance and roadside assistance since I was 16. I’m 66 and although the roadside service is excellent the insurance is horrible!!! This year and last I got the cover letter with the grinning jerk that is the president telling me how much money I saved with my big discounts thanks to my perfect record! Then I see that the savings is $ 130 but the premium has gone up $ 150 from the year before!!! When I call to complain I’m told that they can’t make any changes because California law requires them to charge what they charge! WHAT??? This year is definitely the LAST YEAR that they rip me off!!! Great way to treat a customer for 50 years with a perfect driving record! Loyalty means NOTHING!

Visiting them in person is a pleasure but trying to get them on the phone is murder. You wind up in a very convoluted mess of switching from one person who can’t do what you ask to someone else who is equally unable to help. Instead of spending all the money an TV ads and slick magazines that pretend to care about customers and try putting your effort into actual customer service and representatives who are well trained and well supported.
You just don’t seem to know what matters.

I’ve never been in one and I was surprised with how nice it was. The workers are friendly and the setup in very inviting. Plus they seem to have some good benefits here.

I love having AAA. By having them you get exclusive advantages. Easy of going there to pay dmv registration, talking to professional friendly travel agents to plan a vacation, you and can get your fast track pass here. All these services are free of charge. Another pro about AAA is many businesses (ex verizon wireless offer discounts for AAA members).

Front desk/​reception staff were nice and checked me in, as they should. They didn’t tell me which area to migrate to for service. I naturally gravitated towards the crowds of people and browsed the travel books. The gal who yelled my name wasn’t very pleasant to deal with whatsoever. I told her I needed to release liability for a car I no longer owned and she looked at me like she was offended. What?! I handed her the paperwork, she took it and quickly filed it in a pile/​basket within arms reach and stared at me. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no. I asked her when it would be processed and she said 4 – 8 weeks. I asked her for a receipt and she said there was no need for one. OK. No closing; no, ‘thank you. have a nice day,’ nothing.
The customer service here (or lack thereof) is certainly a stark contrast from the HB offices I usually visit. At the HB A3 on Beach Blvd. at Adams the clerk actually processes the paper on the spot — right in front of you. Plus, the HB staff make me feel like a prize when I come and conduct business.
Other important info: shares parking with H-​Mart, closer to 57 fwy than 60 fwy, does not directly process DMV paperwork like other locations, and customer service could be vastly improved.

This AAA is the best — close by, big, and friendly staff.
It also provides many DMV services so you don’t have to schedule an appointment at your local DMV and wait in line for hours.
I bought a new car and had it registered here, ordered custom license plates, and sorted through all the paperwork same-​day. Picked up my custom plates here after about 4 months if I remember correctly from the day I ordered it.
