Guy(Owner) a nice, pleasant person, but his CUSTOMERSERVICE is TERRIBLE. He hard to catch, rarely has time to resolve issues and has taken up to 6 – 8 weeks to follow-up with problems, Guy sent over an associate named JOSE(from CCTVSECURITYSURVEILLANCE) UGH! Never let this guy or company come to your house. THEY replaced my DVR with a piece of cr. p /junk in which I paid $ 200 for it. Although Jose pulled it from a box, it had no wrapping /foam, etc. Guess I’m supposed to be stupid and this this is a NEWUNIT. Come on. Fine, if it was refurbished, but it didn’t work after 7 weeks. Since June 2015, I’ve tried contacting BOTHPARTIES, ea blaming the other. Guy won’t correct the problem and gave me 2 quotes(for the same job) but the 2nd one higher than the other, within 45 days!!! There was no time frame on the quote(which 90 days would be nice or longer) and HEWON’T HONORHISOWNWRITING /QUOTE! Dude, that’s your mistake, not mine. AND he sent JOSE over to fix a problem(cause he was too busy, I guess) and won’t exchange the DVR or fix the issue OR give me a discount to replace the DVR his guy installed. Guy knows his stuff. I give him that credit, but needs to work on his customer service skills. If he can’t do your work, I would not allow anyone else to come in his place.(Sorry Donovan) I haven’t met you. You may be a great guy. I’m stuck between a 1 and 2 stars, but my suggestion… check around first. Guy does work for major stores like Wal-Mart, so that speaks for his knowledge, but he maybe TOOBUSY for us LITTLEPEOPLE(if you know what I mean).

Many thanks to A&L and especially to Donovan who came to our home to fix a computer problem yesterday. He was courteous, professional and took all the time he needed to correct our problem. Thanks also to those who helped him remotely with this task. Hopefully we will have no future computer problems, but if/when we do, you will be the first people we contact. Thanks again.
