Starbuck’s

«Can I help the next guest?» No eye contact, no smile. What the hell? Starbucks sucks anyway, but I wanted coffee. Ordered «kids temp» so I can drink it, flight boards soon. Damn thing burned my hand when I picked it up. Can I give ½ a star? Tried, guess not. If this was for my daughter (probably not coffee) I’d want to punch you in the nose, you twit!
Then… once the drink got cool enough to drink, it was like watered down hot chocolate. Worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever had. Didn’t think it was possible.

The slowest service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Bad bad customer service.

Horrible service and with an attitude. Drinks didn’t even taste the way they were suppose too.

I mean you could practically throw a stone to hit the next Starbuck’s in DFW, so I“m letting you know how I feel about the Gate C20 location.
The line for this spot ebbs and flows with at least 5 people in line at all times from what I saw the couple of times I passed by, but the wait isn’t incredibly terrible.
My iced mocha was not good. The espresso tasted burnt and was trying to be masked by way too much chocolate that just felt like it was coating my teeth. Tried to let the ice melt in to dilute the taste but with no such luck, and ended up throwing half of it away. Not worth a nearly $ 5.
No where to sit in this location, more of a walk through, but there is a nice lounge area in this terminal that you can enjoy your coffee if you like.
