Tom’s Mobile Bike Repair

Tom came to our house and was able to pick up our bikes, tune and repair them and he brought them back! Very friendly, knowledgeable and brought the bikes back when promised. He even added touch up paint to my son’s bike– he went above and beyond! We highly recommend him!

Tom has a unique business model – he comes to you! So if you don’t have a way to transport your bike, this is way easier.
Tom greatly exceeds my expectations. My husband hired him to get my mom’s old Schwinn back in riding condition and to fix the brakes and adjust the dérailleur on his Giant mountain bike.
Tom is an honest guy. He recommended repairing the Schwinn only for sentimental value/​nostalgia and short rides, since new bikes are way better!
Repairing the Schwinn was no small feat. He had to reuse the same cable for the shifter, since they no longer make that part (or an entirely new hub assembly which would be costly). He even showed me how to use it (its not like modern bikes at all!)
He found two problems with my guy’s MTB that the bike shop we were going to missed (shifter cable was too loose and the dérailleur hanger wasn’t straight, I think). Hydraulic brakes are no longer spongy!
