I regret going to this place. My friend also regrets it. We were so excited to get White Castle, and we asked for a selection of sauces for our clam strips. And got zero sauces. This place is a disgrace to white castles worldwide.

I will NEVER go back to this place. I ordered food and found hair inside the bag! When I returned back I returned for a refund. They didn’t apologize to me or acknowledge the fact that I wasted my time to go back for a refund. The manager had the nerve to say I ate all the burgers. I ordered 3 burgers-​ate 1 and returned 2. So either White Castle hires incompetent people who can’t count or she was just mad a refund took place. Either way that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. But then again, what more could you expect from White Castles?

I always end up going here when I am on this side of the state. Their fries are sooooo good. My only «beef» with this place is that they took away the fish snackers.
