I was really impressed by the time and effort that the general manager took to find the quick connect wire connection to my daughters CRV. I was renting a 4×8 trailer and my daughter’s car had the hitch and I had the draw bar; but as Murphy’s law would have it (who the hell is Murphy anyway?, his law is always showing up at the wrong time, lol) the drawbar didn’t ant to go in and after that was corrected, then Found out the car was not wired for the lighting system to work on the trailer. Well the general manager when to work looking to save me money, for what he called the quick connect plug. He diligently worked and made phone calls for about an hour, because this trailer was to move my baby girl back to college. He found it and all was good! That is the kind of service that will give referrals and he has earned a customer for life! THANKS
Ps: This U Haul is not is Warrendale it is in Detroit! Lets give Detroit some credit!
