I didn’t know a Subway could be «bad», but this one is terrible. Granted, I eat here primarily on nights and weekends, but no restaurant’s «B» team should be this bad. Employees are consistently slow and lethargic. There can be a single person ahead of you and it will still take 10 minutes for you to get your order. On my most recent visit, the employee didn’t even greet me – she just stared at me until I ordered. On another visit, I requested for my sub to be toasted and they instead MICROWAVED it causing the bread to become very stale. I stay at the Marriott hotel often. Subway and Burger King are usually the only quick bite options available on weekends. I dream of a day where I can once again choose to eat at Subway rather than be forced to.

Watch out for stale bread. I got a wheat sandwich on Monday and the bread was hard, stale and crumbled all over the place. This means to me the bread was sitting there since Friday. They shoudnt be so cheap to not bake fresh daily. This has happened before. Not always, but more than I want it to.

Your typical Subway, except this one get assaulted by a horde of RenCen workers daily so they have setup a pretty quick assembly line process which sometimes leaves you going«wait I wanted. X on there» as they shuttle you through the process of bread, meat, cheese, toasted?, topings. Just a little fast paced, but pricing is still good for $ 5
