Rent-A-Dumpster

I cannot recommend this company. The service was rude. Most importantly, the two dumpsters we ordered were smaller than claimed by 5 cubic yards, which resulted in us having to secure another dumpster. They did have last minute availability at the beginning of the month – which is something decent to say – although probably because of the reasons stated earlier in this review.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I rented a 10 yard dumpster for 1 week. When I called to rent the dumpster, I was asked to provide information on what I needed to put in the dumpster to help better judge what size dumpster I needed. I was told to go with the 10 yard dumpster because it sounded better for my purpose. When the company came to pick up the dumpster, they took out a big, heavy item that was at the bottom of the dumpster and put it on the side of my business. They dug this huge obstruction from the absolute BOTTOM of the dumpster! They had to get this item from under other heavier items that were in the dumpster. After discovering what they did, I called and asked to speak with the sales associate I had spoken to when I scheduled to rent the dumpster. The sales associate who I was speaking to said the other sales associate was not there. I told the man, who I was speaking with my problem and in the mist of having a conversation about my situation, he hung the phone up on me (a paying customer). I recommend going to another company even if you have to pay more! Horrible customer service! I tried to save money, but I was screwed!

Had a great experience with this company. I called and emailed a few places for prices and this place had the best pricing for a 10 yard dumpster ($ 240). They also were the only place that felt legit when I spoke and emailed with them. The customer service person, Anita, was very nice and emailed me a contract quickly. They dropped off the dumpster and picked it up when they said they would. Perfect experience.
