Highly recommended. Alex, the proprietor is both interesting and highly knowledgeable on both his products and Detroit in general. He has a very good selection of pens, be they ballpoint or fountain, and assorted briefcases, luggage and other sorts of holders, etc. The prices are also very, very reasonable for what you get. I plan on seeing much more of this place in the near future.

It’s wonderful when a local store has just such an exquisite array of fine goods at affordable prices. Alex, the owner carries the best of the best and backs it up with customer service. Pen brands Pelikan, Delta, Aurora, Visconti and Acme are fully stocked. Inks in the widest spectrum are here including J Herbin and Pelikan. The Rimowa luggage and Schlesinger/​Bosca/​Jack Georges briefcases and personal accessories are the finest selection I’ve seen, packed into a corner store that’s a virtual gift oasis. This is the type of store that you’ll want to return again and again to, if not for the conversation, but to pose next to the world’s largest fountain pen ;)
