My appointment was for last Friday. There was hardly any parking. The parking lot was not plowed or salted, neither was the entry way for the clinic. When I entered the building I noticed it smelled like a cat box that desperately needed to be cleaned. Then I stood by the front desk and waited while the staff talked amongst each other. When someone rudely asked if they could help me, like I was bothering them, I said I needed to check in for my doctor appointment. They said I couldn’t because their computers were down. I happily left. I was supposed to get a Pap smear, but the office smelled and looked so dirty I felt like I might get a disease from getting the Pap smear there. I rescheduled for a different location my insurance will pay for. Here’s a free clue… If you’re in customer service then don’t be rude to customers… Especially if it’s your fault. «I’m so sorry, but our computers are down. I will be happy to help you when they’re working again.» That’s the proper way to talk to someone. Otherwise get a different job!!!
