If I could give no stars I would have, food was old and cold when I got it. I ask for a refund the manager on duty was polite. But his cashier was rude. Will not eat at this location ever again!!! Corporate needs to fix this location or close it down!!!

One word describes this McDonalds, that word id CRAP! Horrible and crappy customer service, the my prepare the food like crap, the employees are rude and crappy, the facility is crappy, its just all arpund a crap place! They always forgot to give you something, rude to you, take forever, do not come to this location!

Stay away: RUDENESSIS A TEAMEFFORT at this McDonalds! On early afternoon 8÷26÷13 I hand the drive thru cashier a 5.00 dollar bill to pay for my 3.81 order. He gives me back 0.15 change. The cashier makes a series of bizarre statements(as though he was trying to create some kind of distraction over having attempted to short change me) — and concludes he has to get someone to open the register and meanwhile has me advance to the next window. The lady at window 2 hands me my food and asks me to pull to one of parking spaces and they’ll bring me my change. «Really? I have to go park over there just to get my change?!». «I’m sorry, we have to get someone to open the register.» So it’s approaching 10 minutes later, and I’ve been left for dead. I go inside place my food on the counter and demand a refund. The manager says nothing and gives me a dirty looks. She takes my food and hands over a bizarre amount of cash that wasn’t 5.00 or 4.85 or anything that correlated with what had just happened. I ask«what’s this?» and then she puts the money back and gives me a five dollar bill. No apologies or anything — yet she seemed to know what the problem was. Something very fishy was going on here — and I was clearly unwelcome in the restaurant.(My behavior towards them was extremely patient over the course of the ordeal.) I will be contacting corporate about this when I get off of work tonight. Otherwise I think I’m done with McDonalds forever!
