They said «the Oreo frappé be going out» so I couldn’t get one. This was 8:20am. It took awhile to get my food and the bum outside ask you for money. Don’t forget about the flies.

It’s a McDonald’s so high praise is not really expected. I went here since it was closer to my friend’s apartment than my normal Detroit McDonald’s (Woodward and Canfield).
The food was fine. The wait was fine.
The water flies swarming about the place made me wonder if locusts had descended upon Detroit for its day of reckoning.
The drive thru experience was absolutely smothered in a ridiculously disgusting amount of insects on the exterior of the building.
So maybe this McDonald’s should get 5 stars, because it genuinely made me reconsider getting McDonald’s.

Get my order wrong EVERYTIME and I always come for the coffee. Coffee is good but ordering food is always wrong. Staff not friendly either.

50⁄50 chance you’ll get what you ordered. I also was once ASKED for a tip from the employee behind the counter! Although this is one of the updated McDonalds with the updated interior and furnishings I feel like there is no place I can sit without wallowing in someone else’s filth. Late night service is lackluster & radiates the feeling that you’re annoying the night shift employees with your order. Last resort only.

If I could give zero to this place, I would definitely and I would be much happier than now (of not having other options than giving an one star). Stopped by this place to use the restroom and decided to get a chicken McWrap or whatever it was called. Who would have known that it took 40 minutes to get that disgusting cheap wrap tasted so horrible? The worst part was that the worker never even apologized for the delay and I was so furious. If you happen to be in that area and in need of use the restroom, take care of your business, and get out there quick!

I know, it’s McDonald’s, but still… I’ve given it a few tries. No more. The wait time is inexcusable. Last visit, I ordered a «chicken» sandwich and it was beyond terrible. The bun was stale and hard. The lettuce was wilted. The chicken was burned beyond «crispy.» Just close this place down.

This restaurant is right down the street from me, on E Jefferson. For the longest time they were doing «breakfast only» after 2AM. I get off work at 2. Who wants they’re crummy breakfast menu after getting off work or leaving a bar? It’s prob’ly high profit, but please.
One day I was in there and some kid was talking like he was a manager and I brought up the breakfast only thing and he was like yeah I know but the owner wants to do it.
They finally stopped that and went to a normal menu, so they get a star.

You know, no one goes to McDonald’s with high expectations. So, if this McDonalds gets a single star rating, there’s a reason. You should go here if you feel like waiting in line for an unbelievably long time. All I wanted was a pop, that’s it… I went through the drive through thinking it would be faster. Not so, not so. It took me 20 minutes. Yikes.
