Restaurant is hidden in the basement. Nothing fancy, just an open room. You will run into professors and students from CCS next door.
Limited menu, but very good and definitely affordable to those starving artists next door. Serves potato curry, chicken curry, lamb curry, (etc) middle east feast, excellent hummus. Oh! They sometimes have homemade desserts/​appetizers for a dollar! Bonus!
Only open from 11am — 2pm during the weekdays (since I’ve been there). Local art is for sale, displayed on the walls, and rotated on a monthly basis.
I’d give it 4 stars, but since they changed management a few years back, quality has gone down a little. Nevertheless, very popular luncheon location.
