Guns + Butter

Awww, I am sad. I don’t know what happened to these «Pop ups» but, I thoroughly enjoyed them!
We have been to two events and each one we left happy. The venues are hidden and you really feel special at these events. The location is usually in a warehouse or building or some sort, so you could walk by and never know there was a fun dinner event above you.
The atmosphere they create is fun and unforgettable. The food is also the same. The small plates and the attention to detail and creativity in each plate is super fun to experience.
Please come back where ever you are!

My friend happened to get us reservations during restaurant week when the pop-​up was at Shinola in Detroit. Im not sure what everything was, but it all tasted amazing! my favorite had to be the brisket& tenderloin, and the dessert that was called milk and honey. Everything was seriously so amazing, and they never let your wine glass go empty! I was lucky enough to get my picture with the chef too! You get to choose where you are eating, but you are seated right next to complete strangers so you can’t be shy! All of the staff were so friendly and the ambiance of Shinola defnitely made it an experience I’ll never forget.

Amazing food. Fresh and top notch ingredients. Creative pairings.
Currently a pop up, but soon to be a bricks and mortar.
