staff are rude and don’t even acknowledge you. waited at the counter for 5 minutes to order while the staff were clearly not busy and chatting with each other. it seems that everyone who works here has an attitude. I won’t be back.

Einstein’s is usually good. This one is terrible. You guys should go back to Einstein University and relearn what a «schmear» of cream cheese is because y’all skimpy as hell. The bagels are always cut super whack too. One half is like 5 cm thick and the other half is a lumpy wad of dough. Bruegger’s would never do me this way.

Grumpy employees dishing out slow service. I went at 10am and they only had a few bagels left. When I asked if there were more on the way, they gave me blank stares like I was inconviencing them. And the bagels are very, very thin. I would skip this place, even if you are on campus. Unless you like slow, thin, expensive bagels.

I don’t like waiting for 10 – 15 minutes for a bagel, but I still love their bagels.
Great bagels, but service is often slow (or grumpy). Sometimes it’s a headache to wait behind that wall with 4 or 5 other people, eagerly waiting your bagel because the dude in front of you already got his… to be sadly disappointed that 2 other people got their bagel before you. Oh well, I still need my daily bagel even if my patience is tested.

This is a pretty good coffee place. I’ve eaten here twice and the food is good for when you’re on the go and need something fast. The coffee is great. All-​in-​all a nice place. I just wish they would fix these broken stools so I didn’t fear for my life.
