I tried to call them to find out if they carried a O.T.C product I needed but got a recording asking me for my prescription number. It doesn’t matter which recording option I chose I kept getting prompted to enter my prescription number. I needed a over the counter product. Ill never shop there again.

The past two times I’ve sent my scripts here they say they will be ready. Both times they weren’t ready, hours after they said they would be. I will be avoiding this cvs at all costs!!!

I’ve sat on hold trying to transfer a prescription to my new location for a good 10 minutes just to be hung up on. After calling back (3 times in the same hour to be put on hold yet again, and «disconnected») I ask if it’s better to come in person to get scripts filled and info transferred. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes and the staff lazily walked around with a line of 8 people waiting until someone who looked like they knew what they were doing told the other coworkers people were waiting. Worst cvs experience and I’m now driving to my old pharmacy to fill prescriptions.

Great location. Always a guy at the entrance asking for change. They usually have sale items in stock but a lot of their items are locked up… like body wash!?! It takes them forever to get someone to come unlock it and then It’s kind of annoying to have someone breathing over your shoulder while you’re looking at stuff. Other than that, it’s an ok CVS!

I’m a long time customer of this newly remodeled CVS. The pharmacists Ala is the best. The only drawback is the the two cashiers with major attitude. Last week there was a big spill in one of the aisles and I mentioned it to the cashier. Her response: «and what do you want me to do about it?»

Worst service at a 24 hr drivethrough pharmacy. Well stocked store with photo machine. No inkjet refill in store. Best to call ahead & have loads of patience and time when you shop here. Busy location 24 hrs w/​a drivethru. Nearest 24 hr pharmacy to Detroit medical center.
