Chapeau Vert

Basically this place is a dive bar that is living in the past. It’s a strip club that caters to the small white minority that is left in the 5 mile and Telegraph area. A long time ago I had no problem with this bar, but tonight I came in and it’s definitely a «we’ll serve you but don’t expect our dancers to even say hello to black people» kind of bar. It’s pretty sad really, because they only had about 3 girls working and none of them would approach the black patrons who had tipped them on stage while they were dancing. Of the 3 girls, only one was in shape and the other 2 were fat. The female bartender got into a shouting match with one of the dancers who was on stage (very unprofessional, but we are dealing with a wanna-​be low budget strip bar here). This place is sad, it’s pitiful, and I actually saw a few white and Hispanic guys come in and waited forever for their drinks, tipped the strippers while on stage, but the girls never came down to sit with their customers. It’s amazing how this place has stayed in business all these years. Save your money and go somewhere else.
